Went it to get some anniversary balloons and had no issues at all !! Employees were busy with other valentines orders but took the time to make sure I got what I wanted. Lady who blew up the balloons took the time to make sure the balloons were neatly placed and asked if it was ok and it was !! Will be back for any future needs !!!

Found everything I needed to make my sons birthday stand out and the staff is the sweetest here! Store was clean and well stocked and they have a huge selection of video game themed products compared to anywhere else!

On the 18th of October, 2023, I entered PartyCity and was warmly welcomed by Heather. Her exceptional customer service became immediately evident as she promptly assisted me and even went the extra mile by dashing to the stockroom to retrieve the size I required. Heather's level of service sets a commendable standard, and we could certainly benefit from more individuals like her.

Amazing staff! Assisted me to my car with all the heavy candy and large piñata I had and were very helpful in making sure I had everything I ordered online...I love it when an establishment have great people working they stores and not only that but when people go the extra mile to ensure that the customer is having a great experience with gratitude!

I needed to get lots of balloons (helium and air) filled for a child's party a couple of weekends ago. These were balloons I bought elsewhere. They filled them up fast! I recommend.

We were helped out by this young lady named Julie. She was very helpful and very patient with us. She gave us great recommendations on the combination of balloons we needed. Thank you Julie for your great customer service!

It's a great place! Had everything I needed. I never do the delivery option. Just a hang up of mine. But I did it this time and they delivered exactly on time! And it's free! 5 stars!

April 24, 2022: I visited this store today for a bunch of balloons. A smiling, polite, and very bright young lady helped me pick out what I needed, made some great suggestions, and did good work with the inflating and arranging. Thanks for a nice experience.

Well what can I say, party city is awesome! I enjoy very much decorating and organizing parties. If you relate, this is your place to go. This specific store was well organized. I found great and cheap paw patrol party favors. Seems they were doing some software change, and paying took longer that I expected. They should had opened a second cashier. I found what I needed and more. The only thing about party city is that is pricy. But you will find variety.

I am a shot girl at a bar and we usually have a theme for Friday and Saturday nights so I am at party city ALL THE TIME!!! Seriously people make fun of me at work and say I need an intervention. Great customer service especially Friday and Saturday evenings when I go and if they aren't busy they help me pick out stuff. I can't believe that there are even bad reviews on here I think it's amazing. But for real y'all need like a vip or rewards program for people like me!! Great store and selection as well as great employees is 5 stars in my book! I love my party city!!

Great location! Just next to 290 and Fairbanks, the staff is friendly and welcoming, great selection. Shelves are always full stock. Place is clean and they always have great presentation! Keep up the great Job Party City on 290 and Fairbanks
