AT&T Store

William was amazing! He assisted us with getting better service, newer phones and cases. He did a wonderful job and his customer service was excellent. You can tell he truly wants to help make sure his customers leave happy.

William was absolutely amazing and took good care of us. Went in there for my boyfriends broken phone, and came out with a new phone myself and for my daughter, switched from tmobile, and got 4 lines for cheaper than what I was paying for at tmobile for 2 lines. He took his time with us and overall was a great rep for at&t.

Went in yesterday to purchase a phone and had the pleasure of having Mark assist. Not only did he go over and beyond, I was able to open a new line and he saved me money on my monthly bill. 10/10 would go back to location!

William Campos delivered phenomenal service! We had a fairly quick question which he answered succinctly. He was quite knowledgeable, delightful & efficient. Kudos w/high-five chasers on delivering excellent customer service!

I CANNOT say enough good things about this location. I have been in countless times with issues that I need help solving and I have always left a happy customer. This morning I needed help unlocking a previous iPhone that wasn't responding. As usual, I am a very happy customer. Will walks on water as far as I'm concerned. He works magic! He is patient, knowledgeable, friendly and exudes professionalism. My phone was NOT being cooperative and Will remained pleasant and great to work with the entire time we were there. His co-worker has helped me many times as well and always has it all under control. Go see them!

William Campos went above and beyond with our phone purchase, and update of our wireless internet equipment. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful. He even called us later in the day to see if we needed any assistance. We were so thankful he did, because we were having difficulty connecting our wireless internet, and he talked us through it.
This is the best experience we have ever had with an AT&T representative.

I can't recommend this location enough. After a terrible experience at the Stacy location, I went into this location during lunch the next day and Sebastian made me forget about any negative experience I've ever had at any previous locations. He is patient and knowledgeable! He helped me get a new phone which was extremely urgent in my line of work. That single visit took care of things my fiancé and I had on our list of things to take care of and he made it extremely easy

I had the pleasure of working with AT&T Representative Marquel and the store manager William. They both swiftly got my family and I setup on AT&T services while still handling multiple in-store transactions with other customers.

Marquel walked me through the entire service and got me setup with service under 15 minutes. Marquel was able to show me several features tied to the AT&T service.

Marquel was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Marquel exhibited exemplary customer service.

Please attempt to come see if you can request to work with either Marquel, Christian, or the store manager William if you have the opportunity to come into the store.

We had a problem with an existing Samsung phone that we tried to troubleshoot ourselves, to no avail. But a really great sales associate helped us out and in a few minutes he had our phone back operating properly. So glad we didn't have to but a new phone.

Truly an exceptional experience with this store, I cannot more strongly recommend this location and especially Joe B. whom I worked with. He was brilliantly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions while listening intently to my needs to precisely match what I was looking for with perfectly tailored recommendations of plans, service, phone models, and accessories. Professional, genuine, honest, funny, and kind – a true rock star. Thank you Lucas location and Joe for being the epitome of supreme service and care. I only wish you sold cars too! 😊

The gentleman that helped me went over and above what any AT&T employee has ever done to help me. He informed me of several ways I could save money and it was substantial- plus he showed me things I didn't know about on my phone AND he installed my screen protector on my new phone just perfectly. I will never go to the other AT&T stores in the area, that Lucas store is my store now. I am much more satisfied with AT&T in general after that experience.

Went to the AT&T store on Angel parkway (Lucas/Allen) to switch my service from t-mobile…what a great customer service experience! Max was our rep and he was incredibly helpful and patient in walking me through the process. AND…Max called to follow up with me to make sure all was well. In fact, the whole staff was awesome. A special thanks to Caleb and Richard too. Quality customer service is alive and well at this location!

I came here to the Lucas AT&T store after seeing their 5 star reviews, and this is exactly the service I received. Carl and Jon the manager were so great. They helped me switch over from another carrier and get a new phone. They were so patient and knowledgeable when a few issues came up! They explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions that I had. This is a fantastic location and I definitely recommend going here for any phone needs!!

Just wanted to post a review about the wonderful, very helpful experience we had at the AT&T store in Lucas. A special shout out to Eric for helping me get my 82-year-old mother a new cell phone set up. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with us during the process. Eric went above and beyond and made the process not as nerve-racking as we thought it might be. I am extremely grateful! And would highly recommend the AT&T store in Lucas for their service. Joe, Carl, and Zach are the best! They took great care of me both times I have been in, and were patient even when we ran into issues. They are knowledgeable and made sure to everything was 100% good to go before I left.
I recommend this location and won’t be going to any other ATT store moving forward!

Second time in the store. William has been extremely helpful both times I've been in. He addressed all my issues and even saved me money on several of my accounts. Highly recommend him and this store.
