I ordered tile online and it was ready the next day. Super easy to pick up - they have designated parking for pick up so you don’t even have to go through the whole store. The pickup process was smooth and very fast. The employees were friendly and several that passed by made sure I was taken care of. Very happy with the price as well - I price compared and they were cheaper than competitors.

This floor decor and Hulen was great. The staff was great. I’ve got asked if I need help more times than I needed help fantastic selection.

We are at the Hulen location of Floor and Decor right now. Reggie has been with us for almost two hours making so many decisions about our new house. My husband and I have never built a house before and we have been overwhelmed for months. Matching flooring with tiles and accents and mortar & grout colors. Reggie was able CALM us ( not easy), help us think out the decisions and provided input every step of the way. He is such a kind and supportive young man. He will go far in life with his easy going g demeanor and knowledge of the products in the store. FIVE STAR HUMAN!!!

Good products, good prices, very good service: Ordered 2 sets of tile; 1 set requiring 1.5 pallets, with Micah C. at this (Hulen) location. She provided excellent and accurate service, including instructions to match dye lot and caliber. Easy load via their employees; "Shout-Out Thanks" to the guy at the Arlington, TX, store, who used a "push-pull" vehicle to push the full pallet to the middle of our truck (for improved load distribution) - no other employee, at either store, had knowledge of this useful machine in their warehouse!

We are remodeling a house and the backsplash and tile decisions are overwhelming. We need help! Luckily Tamara, who is a professional interior designer, stepped in to save the day. She spent at least two hours with us patiently matching our existing flooring and wall color while schooling us on the latest trends. She was such a pleasure to work with - friendly and warm. We have many more projects ahead of us and will keep coming back to Floor and Decor because of Tamara!

Update: I'm updating this review b/c my initial expectations were not on point. If you are planning a project, be prepared for special order items to take up to a month to arrive. It's not the store or sales person's fault. The fact is there is a supply chain shortage; and, this isn't Amazon Prime shipping. The team at the Hulen F&D are very knowledgeable and good at their job. In fact, they have gone above and beyond to correct the problems I describe below. Yes, you can do this DIY, but, I highly recommend making an appointment with their design team. The design team will walk you right through the process and make life sooo much easier. You're going to get the best service this way. Don't be impatient! Shop here to get what you need before hitting the big box stores. Their prices are better here anyway. I'm adding 2 ⭐ back to my original review based on the actions of a designer that stayed connected to our project and made sure we were successful with our new flooring project. Thank you C.
Org. Review: This is my second time to purchase from Floor and Decor because I spend thousands when I come here. I get the flooring part of the name; but, there isn't much in the way of decor. The staff at the Ft. Worth location on Hulen were fantastic. They were able to answer all of our questions and walked us through the process and made sure we didn't miss the accessories. I was a little disappointed they didn't offer government or veterans discounts. We shopped locally, then at HD, Lowes, and Sam's Club which only had laminate on the shelf. No one offered to help us in those stores with flooring. In the end we liked the selection and service at F&D the best. Unfortunately, their web site doesn't allow people to leave a review. They should fix this.
Minus -1 ⭐. Be aware of shipping to nearby small towns. Better to rent a U-Haul or something, unless you have plenty of time to wait. We ordered on a Saturday or Sunday, shipment was to be delivered on Wednesday, then Friday, we finally received it on Monday around noon. We had to go repurchase the materials and haul it ourselves so the project could continue.

While exploring the store to find a cohesive theme for my bathroom, I received unexpected assistance from the manager, Steve. He generously dedicated over an hour, providing a personalized tour and expert guidance in selecting tiles and flooring for my home. It was only later that I realized he was the manager, highlighting his commitment to ensuring a positive experience. Steve went above and beyond, patiently assisting me despite the presence of my three energetic young sons. This store truly offers an outstanding experience.

Tamara helped us make selections to redo our shower and was phenomenal! She really has an eye for detail and we are so happy with our selections. Make sure to ask for Tamara!!

I remodeled my bathroom last November and I got great products from Floor and Decor. One thing I would like to say is how helpful the employees are. I especially want to thank Richard Carroll for his time, knowledge and patience. He took the time to answer all my questions and it was a tremendous help.

If you ever find yourself in remodel mode....Do Not Fear! Go see Carra Lambert at Floor and Decor! She is the BOMB!! She eased our anxiety while trying to narrow our product line down to what we liked most, she brought up all sorts of things we would have never thought of....her insight is amazing. Our master bath is beautiful and it is mostly because of HER! Well...our contractor deserves some credit...Lol.

I had to leave a review about Khalif. He took time to help me hand pick pieces of the stacked (ledge) stone which is a beautiful product when it is free of flaws. Khalif was patient and incredibly helpful/courteous. He made a challenging situation painless as I prepare for this project. I really appreciate his attention to detail and for taking the product out to my vehicle. Thanks, Khalif! You were outstanding.

Great selection and price. Be prepared to bring your own Shrink wrap for large palletized orders though. I wish there was a way to share pictures of my experience. 10 broken boxes out of 40 on a $2400 order and the managers response was that I should have strapped them down. Lol.
How do you strap down a loosely as well as poorly palletized set of 40 boxes of tile that weighs 2k lbs. I’ll eat the cost of this one because the young man that I sent to pick up the order didn’t know he could reject the pick up shipment or ask them to “tighten it up”. But this with the way the manager handled the phone conversation I had with him will keep me from doing business with floor and decor any more. As a tile contractor I average sending 5-6 clients per month there. We don’t usually use this location and have never had a problem at the location near us with properly palletized shipments but our location was out of stock so I sent a work 3.5 hrs each way to get the shipment. Very very disappointing. Sad that one location cost the others business but if I can’t trust their shipping department to take care of my orders then I will go to a supplier that I can trust.

Ps. If the same pallet was put in their box truck for delivery I promise you it wouldn’t be “strapped down” and the cost to replace the tile would have been on the store as well.

So, no service after the sale. Beware!

First thing the very next morning I received a phone call from Chance, the store manager apologizing for the entire situation. He has guaranteed me that they will be looking into the video footage of the pallet being shrink wrapped and loaded and that they will do absolutely everything in their power to make the situation right. I am raising my rating a couple of star levels due to his allegiance to the company and customer satisfaction. Once this is finally cleared up I will post a final update and star rating.

After the initial review, the store manager, Chance, has stayed in direct contact with me even on his day off. He has gone above and beyond to turn me into a satisfied customer and regained my business. To me, this should earn them a 10 star rating. Life is all about learning and I feel that his team and my team have both learned from this experience. What better way is there to improve? So, with all being said, my final review is:
Excellent choice choice of products, great prices, and continued service after the sale. Don’t hesitate to purchase from floor and decor. I’m happy to see a supply chain such as this and feel their company values exceed expectations. Thank you chance for all of your help!!!

Great store with flooring options in all materials from ceramic, porcelain and stone tile for floors back splashes and any area you may want to add tile to. Many options and colors and products are available. Support products as well such as mortar, mastic and grout not to mention adhesives for glue down products.

Richie was AMAZING! Top notch customer service. Our order was as smooth as it can be. I think I'll call ahead to make sure Richie is working before every time I shop Floor & Decor. Put Richie in charge of training the rest of the staff. Friendly, polite, efficient, professional. What more could you ask for.

Such nice, friendly, and helpful staff here. They have a lot of patience with me. Even returns are easy.

As a contractor, I must say this place is top-notch, the Pro desk was absolutely amazing, and willing to help out with any questions that I had will definitely be taking my clients here in the future

Very nice location and helpful employees. Only one complaint that I have is that the parking lot is badly laid out and there are far more handicap spots than regular spots here which is a nuisance considering this is a place you buy very heavy items from and have to load them in the parking lot.

Elizabeth at the Pro Desk is the best! Wendy (outside sales) is awesome!
