We operate an indoor sports facility with 7 hardwood basketball courts. We had 8 bulb fluorescent light fixtures hanging from the rafters, but they were getting destroyed by volleyballs, so we decided to replace them with LED. Did a lot of searching and found PrimeLights on-line. Called them and provided them with a layout of what we currently had and what we were trying to accomplish and they designed a layout and made a recommendation as to what light fixtures we should use. We went with their suggestion and replaced all the fixtures over the playing area with their UFO high bay fixtures. OH MY GOODNESS, what a difference. Our courts now look like center stage or like a boxing ring that well illuminated and the spectator area is dim. It’s been a fantastic upgrade for us. Customer service was fantastic …. a couple units were damaged in transit and PrimeLights simply asked for photos of the damage and immediately sent replacements. Our light/illumination readings have doubled since the install. PrimeLights has been great to work with and if you have a project, big or small, I would recommend them.

Best ever. So far, I have outfitted five shops with PrimeLights LED fixtures. The lighting CAD drawings, delivering the required luminescence, was skillful engineered by Tim M. No other lighting provider was willing to offer those services. Shop lighting must be done right and PrimeLights knows how to do it!

Very Bright. I've had a 30 x 50 workshop made and I was concerned how many lights to use. I elected the Stingray 6 bulb. I meant to use 8 in my new workshop and replace the 2 in my garage with these. I changed my mind during the build as I looked at someone else's 30 x 50 workshop. They had installed 16 florescent lights and I thought it was not very bright. I had them install all 10 Stingray 6 bulbs and I have a very bright shop now. Great working with PrimeLights! Here are a few photos. Bill K.

We purchased 13 of the 4' Patriot LED Shop Light fixtures w/LED tubes almost two years ago to provide lighting in our studio spaces. We could not be more happy with the lights and the shipping, customer service and support. These lights have a 5 year warranty on the fixture & tubes! We had one tube start to get flaky, no questions asked. Replacement was shipped right out to us. Highly recommend. Will be purchasing more for our garage here in a few weeks.

Residential garage project came out great with assist from PrimeLights! 4 LED bulb Stingray with motion sensor was easy to install & right light for 8' 2 car garage. Talked with Ryan from PrimeLights about lighting for my new 24' by 44' shop. I needed help deciding what lights I needed for my tall 13' ceilings. He suggested me going with the 4 bulb reflective fixture, Stingray 4XL LEDS., and drew out the layout for me. I ordered them and received them the next week. They were extremely easy to assemble and install. I was amazed at the quality of the fixtures and how nice they illuminate the shop. Extremely bright. Very happy with this purchase and PrimeLights will stand by their product for 5 years. They earned my business, no more home depot fixtures for me.

I couldn't be happier with the service and quality I received in working with Philip and the PrimeLights team. The Stingray High Bay lights work great in my rec room/basement! Philip was very responsive to every question/concern I had, almost as if I was a commercial customer with a large order. The lights arrived quickly from Texas to Ohio, were extremely easy to install and the wire guards are the perfect solution to protect against accidents when my three boys and their friends are playing dodgeball. Highly recommended!!!

I contacted your company via email on Sunday and had no expectation that I would hear from you until Monday. However within an hour I received an email back answering my question. Needless to say I was shocked. No one does that anymore, so I entered an order online that evening and thought I would give these lights a chance. They couldn’t be that bad with great customer service like that. Order was entered and I went into my evening chores before bed. Within matter of minutes I received another emailing confirming my order has been received and to let me know they would ship on Monday.

Installed the lights this past weekend and I could not be any happier than I am now. The lights are amazing and worked perfect. Easy to install and great quality. I’ve passed this along to several of my friends and told them to spread the word.

First of all, this company offers exemplary customer service. Lots of assistance, great videos on their website, all in all, a pleasure to deal with. The light itself (I ordered 12 - 9 from Amazon and 3 from the company) is very bright, the "bulbs" are virtually indestructible with normal use, and there exists several different mounting options for the lights, which draw about 2/3 amp each. Because of the low current draw, many of them (24 per 20 amp breaker) can be daisy chained together to operate on one switch. Highly recommended!

I put up a new metal building and ordered (6) 6-bulb Stingray high-bays, (2) 3-bulb Bolts, (4) 2-bulb Bolts, and 7 wall packs. I can't say enough good things about this company. They answer the phone immediately, and everyone I spoke to was able to help me without transferring me to someone else. They even shipped my order out the same day I placed it. The quality of the lights I received is outstanding, and I am very pleased with the color and intensity of the lights. I don't leave a lot of reviews, but these guys knocked it out of the park!

The service was extremely excellent. They drew up a blue print on the size of shed I have and where to place the lights as well as fast and friendly service. I never ordered here before so I was a little worried but I won't buy a light else where. Out perform more then my expectations were. Very bright and very user friendly to install.

I purchased 31 lights, 2 bulb, 3 bulb and 4 bulb fixtures with LED frosted bulbs, several different orders.....I could not be happier with the quality and the customer service. These were perfect for my garages and far better than the fluorescent fixtures I replaced. All of my orders were processed and delivered lightning fast.
