I always have such a great experience when I call or go to this post office. They’re always so helpful and take their time to offer me solutions. So grateful for them!

I love Liberty Hill PostOffice! Always ready to answer questions on the spot, go out of their way and take the time that they don’t have sometimes in order to help.

I just want to take a moment to recognize Bob for the thoughtful courtesy he did me & my new pet today - I was expecting a shipment of a live aquatic animal and Bob called and left me a voicemail to let me know the package had sustained some damage and was leaking. Because I was towards the end of the delivery route, he felt there may be a risk to the animal by letting it sit in the heat until she got to me and decided to give me a call to let me know she could be picked up at the air conditioned office instead. I have never heard of anyone doing this before and truly appreciate him giving me the opportunity to pick her up instead of just letting her go on in the delivery route in a compromised box. It was a small courtesy to pick up the phone to do that and in doing so, he probably saved her life (at the very least, a great deal of stress!) She is doing great so far - thank you, Bob!!

I call the Liberty hill USPS to get some information. They thoroughly explained the procedure very pleasantly. It was very helpful for me to proceed with my requirement and saved my time a lot. Thank you

Kudos to these ladies at the desk - I travel full time and often have to mail myself things. And as often as I indicate it has to say "general delivery" in the address, that doesn't always happen on the shipping end. I had a letter come to me without the right words on it and they kept it out for a bit anyway, and luckily, still had it when I came to pick it up. Much appreciated!

Update:
Received a call from the carrier apologizing and wanting to resolve any issues, which she did! A couple days later I received a call from Pat the Supervisor at LH Post office to make sure the issue was resolved and that I spoke with my carrier! I'm impressed with LH PO now it seems they are really changing things and providing good service now!!!

A few days ago I Signed the re-deliver form and it still hasn't been delivered! Now I get a final notice today saying they are returning to sender! This is BS!
Was supposed to receive another package today from a whole new sender, (Amazon), and when I track through USPS it says "left in mailbox", but nothing except junk mail? I assume it was left in the wrong mailbox or they forgot to bring it out today after marking it as delivered..

My favorite post office... Amanda and Bernatice? are so helpful and pleasant and help me out with whatever questions I have. No complaints about mail delivery either. THE BEST post office everr...

I love this post office, I love the workers. They're actually nice and pleasant, there's hardly any lines ever, they're quick, and they care. In my entire life I've never experienced this at a USPS office.

I have experienced only good service by all employees at the LH post office.
Friendly, helpful personnel. I prefer them over other local cities.

Our previous post office was a nightmare. This rural one is so nice and not busy most of the time. The workers are nice and friendly too.

I went there today and the service was actually great the front desk gentleman was courteous and very helpful I had a problem
With my mail and He went out of his way to help me. So I’m happy customer.
