Starbucks

This is honestly the friendliest, and FASTEST Starbucks I've ever been to (and I've been to a ton, across multiple cities and states). There is rarely a line, and for a while I thought maybe it just didn't get much business. But having spent time in the shops nearby and being able to watch it from the window of the nail salon, it is not from lack of customers. The place is hoppin, it's just SUPER fast.

I’ve NEVER shared a review about Starbucks, but this was worth it. Yesterday I was having a pretty terrible day, my brain was fried and I was holding back tears. Something in my just felt like Starbucks would really help, but I had no idea.
I pull up, I order a drink for my friend and all of a sudden I just couldn’t think. The menu just looked like a garbled mess and I was overwhelmed, even though I order the same thing 90% of the time. I got up to the window and they told me the price, but it seemed low. I inquired about the price for 2 drinks and the person working the window said “it sounded like you needed some love”. I don’t know if they paid for my drink or if that was an Aunty Starbucks freebie. It wasn’t some crazy over the top thing, but it had me full sobbing at the red light.
I hope that the people that worked yesterday see this and know that you not only made my day, my week, my month or maybe even my year (RIP Chandler). But seriously, thank you, I’m getting choked up again just writing this.

Drive through experience, the young lady that works there is very kind and chatty, in a good way. Made it feel like "The Austin experience" from the past. Good people, great care taken to make the orders to spec. Appreciated the interaction.

I love this Starbucks so much. I have been a loyal customer for many years and the staff never fails to impress me with their friendliness, always brightening my day. Kudos to the management for leading their exceptional customer service and for cultivating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. ❤☕

Love the service. By mistake, I ordered my coffee in the wrong shop, but drove to this store and searched for order. Then realized my mistake. But employees are kind enough to give the order for no extra charges.

They are super helpful and friendly! I was looking for a vegan options and the barista said a bagel with advacado would work, I then added nuts for a crunchy texture anf it was DELICIOUS!!! GOOD LOGIC!

Went on a 6 mile jog and stopped at Starbucks to get a drink and I tried the ariana grande Frappucino and it's my current favorite Starbucks drink:
Vanilla bean Frappucino
2 pumps raspberry syrup
1 pump of mocha
1 scoop of frapp chips
Caramel drizzle

Clean and Convenient location. Super friendly and professional staff.

Excellent Ultimate Caramel Frappe. Make sure to add an Espresso Shot! Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich is very tasty! I'm happy they finally have expanded their menu over the years for breakfast.

Nice drive-thru experience. My drink was great, as usual.

The staff here are incredible! Everyone is so nice, they ask the right questions about orders, make suggestions to my drinks that keep things interesting, and I have never had a bad drink or been given the wrong order.

After just a few visits I was welcomed as a regular and everyone seemed to recognize me and offer a friendly greeting.

I value customer service very highly but in many respects this is the best Starbucks location I’ve been through.

They keep it very clean inside and it’s a nice atmosphere. The food is always fresh and well presented. And the drive through speaker actually works clearly - instead of the usual load of static.

My go-to after school drop off! Drive thru window and line can be a bit of a mess during peak hours due to drive thru lane and gym parking lot essentially merged into one another. I simply order online, park outside the front entrance which is easily accessible from the gym parking lot. The staff is great. There are the regulars who work away while sipping on a drink. Upon second thought, I think my frequent visits make ME a regular..?! Wow. I’m a coffee shop regular. My mother would be so proud! =P

I went through the drive thru yesterday morning a little before 7. There was a lady working the drive thru who took my order and she was amazing!! Best service I have had at this star bucks. Very friendly and sounded happy to be there ❤

My peppermint mocha was super yummy!

We go here almost every day. The entire team has great personality and very competent! No miss fires on the difficult orders we tend to give them! And they still smile!!!

Just like other Starbucks locations, it's not surprising for this one to have long lines in the morning. They do take a while to get the order out sometimes, but just understand that some drinks do take longer than others to make because those frappuccinos and smoothies take time to be made with the machines. Yeah, maybe sometimes they're just slacking, but if you've worked at a retail, fast food, or other similar places, you'd understand that they're just trying to do their best.

They are so nice here and I got my drink pretty fast! 10/10 one of the best Starbucks

First time at this location. Drive thru, friendly getting, quick order turn around and the gentleman at the window was funny and friendly. Will return when in the area!

I'm always impressed at how fast this particular Starbucks moves - for the same order at any other location it takes 2-3 times longer regardless of the number of people in line. And always gets the order right.

Always kept clean. Yesterday when I walked in here, I saw they added Sofas outside also. That is quite rare for a Starbucks to add sofa outside. It was a bit cold day outside and we didn’t really sit outside, will definitely go outside in future.
