My 5 star review is for the Shift Leader Alex Humble. I checked my map and it said they stayed open till 11 pm. I got there at 9:53. I was trying to print a few photos for my daughter's first Mothers Day and the machine wasn't cooperating then 10 pm came upon as another first time grandma was trying to do the same as me. The staff started yelling that "It's 10 and we ARE CLOSED". Instead of offering us help they were VERY insistent that they were closed. By that time it was barely 10:05 and by the grace if God and excellent management Ms. Humble intervened and corrected this horrible experience. The other grandma who was in the store before they technically closed needed an I phone adapter and she (Ms. Humble) assisted her promptly and printed my photos without hesitation. Being in retail management myself, I am ashamed that the other staff treated us grandmothers SO horribly. The young man told the other grandma that they were closed and wouldn't let her back in to get her charger and she only needed to print 2 photos. I checked out and left by 10:13 pm. I am VERY thankful that your shift leader was professional and sensitive. The other staff members were horrible and need to be trained to be helpful to their customers. I wish that my 5 star review could be individual to her and NOT the other staff members that we encountered. Thank you again Ms. Humble. 💐❤💐💐💐💐

It was our first time to shop and coupon here tonight. We came 9:55 pm thinking they close at 11pm. A woman approached us at 10:01pm that they close at 10pm. Politely asking us to check out. We apologize for the rush and she was very patient to check us out at 10:05pm a total of 6 transactions. We admire her for her friendliness, helfulness and patience! Her name is Brenda! We'll definitely go back to shop at Walgreens! We love her!

I had a great experience at this location this weekend. I needed pictures ASAP and the wait time on the screen said it would be several hours before the pictures were ready. The clerk at the photo desk assured me that I would have my pictures in just a few minutes because he had already begun printing them.

I really appreciate his effort and consideration. His act of kindness helped me add the special touch I worked hard to bring to my daughter’s party.

I forgot my receipt to do survey, but i would like to thank the cashier who worked the front this morning (lady). August 14, 2018. She had excellent customer services skills. I dont remember her name since i lost receipt.

I want to send a say thank you, and we'll done to Sharrona. She worked on printing huge photos for one customer and my DVD at the same time. While doing these tasks, she assisted other customers as they came in. She didn't miss a beat. I say to the management of Walgreens that Sharrona is the type of professional , courteous; hard working employee that keeps people coming back time after time.

I had a great experience in this store I went there to print some pic there was an employee who didn’t help me a lot he was trying to charge me without coupons but I looked
for another employee Ms D. Terry she was really nice an help a lot this is kind of workers we want to find in every store thanks so much Ms D Terry
