Clean and well organized, always stocked, good variety, bought some fruit cups last time I was there and they were expired. Good selection and price 4 meat. It takes 2 long to check out and needed more cashier's. Good sales, has a Starbucks, good location right off highway, adequate parking. Poor customer service skills. Employees walk pass me never asked if I needed help. Another shopper saw me trying to get something from top shelf and asked if I needed help. Exterior had a nice fall display. I would definitely go back and be aware of expiration dates on products.

One of the cleanest and most organized krogers I've been too. Will definitely return to get my groceries here

04/07/2023 Clean supermarket with a vast selection of produce and food items. Very organized isles. The staff here is friendly. I've never felt anyone here was ever rude. It does get pretty busy so it's best to try to just during off peak hours if at all possible.

Having an app to download coupons is essential because deals are always a fantastic location to purchase. Deals are constantly being given. Although this store is rarely packed, I frequently have to either bag my own groceries or wait for the cashier to help customers. Beyond that, I have no problems.

I want to Thank the bakery for making my mother in law's birthday cake so delicious and beautiful! When I placed the order, on the notes I asked them to put many flowers and just to make it pretty! And OMG the baker (forgot her name) did such an amazing job! From the bottom of my heart thank you and God bless you! 🙌🏻 ❤ Pick up was on Saturday, April 22nd 9am. Order #617.

THIS REVIEW FOR THE PHARMACY ONLY !!! Staff are ALWAYS rude!! When you call, they are always rude, will put you on hold repeatedly and eventually hang up on you. I'm seriously thinking I need to move my scripts to a different pharmacy. Also, They will also tell you your RX is ready but when you go to pick up they will tell you it's not. I have never seen this pharmacy very busy, so I am not sure why they treat their customers so disrespectfully. 5 stars = Poorest Rating !! As far as the Regular store Staff, they are the very Best. I use their Pick Up service due to my health and I have always had a pleasant experience !! my complaint is with the Pharmacy only !!!

The store is clean and well stocked. Went to the deli department,Steffon gave me excellent service.He made sure the machines were clean and gave me exactly what I ordered and had a great attitude. Also the lady in the sushi department made me a very good poke bowl. I will make sure this store is my preference.

Always friendly staff and a nice selection. I’ve done price comparison with other grocery stores and with digital coupons and paper coupons, you can save a lot more money here than at other stores. I love the small kitchen appliance section of the store as well. Can’t have a better grocery store than this one.

This particular Kroger store is always clean. There seem to be shorter checkout waiting times here as well as fewer problems. Vegetables are fresher here than any store in the surrounding area. The employees always offer to help. The parking lot is always well lit. I feel safer at this location than most other stores at night.

UPDATE: After two years, I have seen many changes to this location that have changed my mind on its quality. I prefer it to the local HEB, and certainly above Wal Mart. The impressive fresh meals from the deli and sushi counter are unique, and always delicious. Produce is usually well-stocked with variety. Not a fan of the excessive self-checkout stations at the expense of human checkers, but, I can forgive that.

Yesterday 9/11, I ran in to grab some things from the deli and seafood department. The gentleman (tall slim African American young man) in the deli department was knowledgeable of the cheeses and even offered some great suggestions that my children and I loved. He was patient with me as I wrangled two tired children while holding up the line with my request. I proceeded to the seafood department and noticed there was no one behind the counter. I looked to my left and noticed a young man, Connor, working hard stocking meat all while assisting customers. He looked up within a minute and said, "Ma'am, I'll be right with you." I told him, "take your time, no rush." He greeted me with direct eye contact and a smile. I told him what I wanted and while we engaged in conversation he gathered my items for me. I asked him if he was alone and he said, "Yes and I'm closing alone." I don't know much about grocery policy and procedures but I knew for quality he had a lot to do in just a few short hours. This young man never complained and said it was all about the customers. It was a genuine response, you could tell. And just like that, he was back off to stock more meat and assist other customers. Phenomenal young man to work so hard and understand the power of customer service. When you love what you do, it shows!!! Kudos to great customer service in the Deli and Seafood Departments. This is what creates loyal customers.

Fast checkout over 95% of the time, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. Fuel Points are wonderful; be sure to take the survey on the receipt for an extra 50 points. They DO RESPOND to issues you point out and explain well in the surveys! Not the cheapest store in town, certainly not the most expensive, but cannot be beat as a general supermarket/drugstore.

Clean with big open spacing that allows for social distancing! Going to this location for years. Ms. Ruby, a cashier, is an added bonus to this store! A gem 💎 of a lady! She is warm & friendly and a perfect representative for the company.

This location is super nice. The lighting and layout are different than a lot of locations. It gives it a nice ambience. The starbucks here is usually pretty busy, but the store itself is always a pleasant experience.

Love the quality of products In this store. The staff is polite and helpful. Ample staff to assist if needed. Store stays clean and fresh. The specials are easy to find. A good addition to this area.

Recently tried Krogers ClickList program and I'm impressed. It was easy ordering online and coming to pickup my order. All vegetables and fruits were picked well (to be honest maybe better than I would have done). The process is easy, order online, go-to the store, call them, they bring your groceries to you and place them in your car. While it cost 5 bucks, the hour and half it saved me was great. True, can't use all of those coupons, but then again half the time when I go shopping they are safely at home where I can't use them.

This is our favorite local grocery store. It's in a convenient location and I especially like the olive bar and international foods section. Best kept secret: the "we baked too much" tray and free samples in the back right corner.

The Kroger at Shadow Creek in Pearland is a regular place for me to play the flute . They have been very tolerant of me and my service dog.
I live close by and shop there regularly . They're customers like my music and so far the employees have been ,with exception to one particular incident, been very understanding and considerate. I am very grateful for they're tolerance and compassion . A great place to shop.
