Wow! I've never had this easy of an experience at ANY phone store! Joey took all the pressure off of me and took it upon himself to fix a problem that customer care created while also saving me money and getting me a new phone for a very good price, thank you Joey your great at your job and we appreciate you being honest with us, allowed us to leave the store feeling good

Joey saves the day!! Glad to know I have a store and person I can't count on who is nice and doesn't treat me like bottom of the earth when I'm not there to buy a phone. The e beltline location is hot garbage I will never go there again. I'll continue to drive 45 minutes out of my way just to see Joey (The Goat) lol

Great experience! I used to dread stopping at ATnT, but not anymore. I discovered a small branch much closer to my home with no waiting and the most attentive customer service. Jon and Joey made sure my questions were answered clearly and accurately and were exceptionally friendly even though I arrived late afternoon on a Friday. I will absolutely make this location near Rockford my ‘home store’ and recommend their service most highly.

amazing service by Joey. he helped me out a ton even did things that were not in his job description to help me. I walked out with a brand new phone and a smile on my face, the whole staff was amazing but Joey seemed different, he seemed very genuine and was very nice to talk too, very sweet young man. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to getting a new phone in a store. Kevin was beyond helpful and made the process very seamless for me and Cassandra. This guy knows what he’s doing also was very funny and friendly. Lol. Definitely making him our guy moving forward.

Joey is the GOAT!!!!! young man helped me lower my bill while also getting me a new phone! I highly recommend this location over the East Beltline, the staff here really takes their time to explain everything and Joey is sooooo dam nice he is my favorite I love him!!
