Staff is friendly and helpful and prices are great!

I was a difficult, confused, and not very knowledgeable customer, but the staff were wonderful. Only one person solved the problem I was having, but I was very pleased with the service I received from ALL three people who assisted me. I felt very well cared for. They talked to me like they would a friend, made exceptions from their normal policy for me, and generally did all they could to make sure I walked out happy. Manager - you've got a good team working for you. Thanks guys! I will be back. :)

I was in the tobacco shop today. They greeted me well. I told him what I smoked and he matched me up with real deal. He showed me around and told me about all the machines to roll my own. He was so patient with me and made sure all my questions were answered. What a great guy and then gave me a free lighter. I will be going there from now on. This store has everything what a smoker would want.

People are legit....went to wild bills right close for 7 months for kratom....the boosted kratom it started getting really really bad unsealed packages 1 out of every 3 even bought a kilo and it was junk that's a lot of money for me they couldn't do anything about it...the staff are good people but the kratom is far from good don't take anymore chances with your hard earned money the kingdom kratom these guys sell is nothing short of amazing the freshest strongest stuff I've had in years and it's got really legit prices...lifetime customer here if everything stays as is

I have always had good luck with this tobacco store. It's still my go-to-place since I always receive great customer service and the sales/pricing are better always opposed to Wild Bills tobacco next door
