Spotless, organized, incredibly well stocked, great stop to grab a bite to eat, prices are fair . Jeremy (works check out 21/customer service is a gem. Went out of his way to help with an issue.

This is one of the cleanest, brightest grocery stores I have ever seen. The aisles are very wide. I am astonished at the in-store restaurant and beverage offerings. Parking garage is free for 2 hours and has 4 EV charging stations.

Beautiful modern store with a large assortment of fresh and dry groceries, and a lot of fun food options, including many freshly prepared meals (e.g. a taqueria, sushi chef, and a beer garden with a choice of 30+ beers on tap!).

The staff was very friendly and helped/explained where things were and were clearly very proud of their store.

Today I decided to buy a 21 day dry aged T-bone steak from the butcher counter at giant. I wish I had taken a photo but I never realized it would be one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. I’m typically a ribeye guy but this cut was amazing. The fat melted in your mouth and the steak was 1.5 inches thick so the meat was perfect at mid rare.

Stopped today for lunch during our walk along the Schuylkill Riverwalk. Gorgeous store. Friendly associates. Delicious made to order sandwiches.
Ate our lunch on the outside deck. Unbelievable views in every direction!

Update: I have been using the scan it guns and it has cut my checkout time so much! It's definitely my favorite way to shop now and it beats packing all my stuff at the self checkout. Everything is packed once I get to self checkout, all I have to do is pay.

This is a GIANT supermarket, just as the name suggests, lol. I'm used to Heirloom, so this was a bit shocking. I literally got lost and couldn't find things. An employee was kind enough to give me directions. In general, the staff was great honestly. They have a massive plant based/vegan section, the biggest I have ever seen for any supermarket. Lots of variety and very well stocked.

The hair, beauty and hygiene section isn't as big as I had hoped. They seriously need to fix their self-checkout. I'm so used to doing my self-checkout at Heirloom and it's a breeze, but here it was a nightmare. The place where you pack your food is weight sensitive and I could barely move my bags without it going nuts. A customer service clerk had to keep coming every other minute to fix it. I also couldn't find something as basic as a sweet potato. I also couldn't find the oyster mushrooms nor could the clerk find it. If they fix those self-checkout machines it's a five star experience.

I went to attend a Bitcoin meetup group.
I was surprised that they had all these different food selections.

Lots of space and selection. Loved that we could take a break and have a beer from an impressive selection of microbrews on tap. Great plant based food section too. There’s a cool outdoor patio area to hang out. They did a really nice job making grocery shopping more of an experience than a chore.

This is one of the best grocery stores in the USA! Expansive selection, consistently great produce, beautiful exterior and interiors in-store eateries (Saladworks and Mission Taqueria), and kombucha on-tap featuring Baba’s Brew—a local kombucha brew from Phoenixville just NW of the city! This GIANT is a great place to complete your weekly grocery trip while also being fantastic for grabbing a bite while walking around center city or university city. You can walk across the JFK Boulevard Bridge to get from university city to the GIANT. There are also free Volta J1772 EV Chargers in the parking garage which is free to park for customers.

Everytime I am in that wonderful new River Walk Giant, I find something new. Wish I had more time to really enjoy it because it's so big with so much to explore. 🛍🏢🏗🛒🍻🍱🌮🥙😋

Far and away the best grocery store I have ever been to in the Center City area. Immaculately clean and so much variety. I was beyond amazed at how great a store this is and on top of everything the prices are substantially better than Acme's. Great job Giant, give yourself a pat on the back.

Greatest Giant I have ever been to. It has everything you can imagine and the size is bigger than giant! It's huge. The indoor and outdoor beer garden and terrace are really nice features. I hope to spend more time shopping..🛒🛍

Happy to have a Giant in the area so I can get items/brands I can't get at Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Employees were friendly. Go during off-peak times for the best experience. Also I highly recommend the pumpkin ice cream!

Service, parking everything u need is right there, not crowded in an out, love it will be going back on a regular basis!!.

This is the best of all worlds Superstore! You can bring a networking date, a lunch date, a shopping trip that's quick, a brunch spot and a One-Stop shop for anything and everything you can think of! The store is very supportive of small business and you can find one of a kind items. The view from the food court windows is phenomenal! Art Museum, 30th Street Station, Schuylkill Trail accessible this place has the works! 10 out of 10

It is hard to believe I am reviewing a grocery store, however, this Giant is far from a simple grocery store. Yes, it has all the groceries you might need. However, it also a small foot court of offerings, a wall of beer taps, a great outdoor patio to relax on, and free parking (well, I think only the 1st hour or 2 is free). Come for their sushi specials on Wednesday night ($5 rolls)!

Ultra modern, visually enticing. Makes you want to stay longer and explore. Surprisingly good sales. Got a kick out of the patrolling robot.
