Yo that was top tier, would go again if I had the chance

The customer service is horrible, I have had a few bad incidents let me explain the most recent one that was yesterday. I stop when I get home from work and play my lotto and I noticed every time I want to cash in a scratch-off ticket they have a problem with it. On this particular occasion I wanted to cash in my ticket which was for only $10 then I was going to play my lottery numbers. The attendant told my the lottery machine wasn’t working where he couldn’t cash in the ticket. I was going to leave but then I said let my play my power ball so I gave him the cash then the machine magically worked. It’s just $10 but it’s the principle I’m a customer and like I said it wasn’t the first time I had an issue with them. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere that was my last time if you don’t want to honor the lotto customers tickets don’t have a machine, have a great day.
