Exceptional customer service, attitude, and overall impression. I completely recommend Steve Brightman (store manager) and his staff for your needs.
I was just at his store to get help remedying a paint crisis (after having a not-great experience with a big box store), and he personally went above and beyond what was needed or expected. Incredibly friendly, and eager to help.

Always great help even new staff will ask experts to be sure on things. We get great prices and the paint and stain are great. Bear does NOT stand behind their paint so I will NEVER go anywhere but Sherwin Williams.

I trust the paint and quality of the products at Sherwin-Williams. I got a great deal with a %savings coupon. The ideas and advice from the sales associates was knowledgeable and appreciated. I did the color snap app from SW in the App Store and it was fun - tricky to learn how to save the palettes, but once I did it was fun to play with and helped pick the colors. I will go to SW again for any future paint needs.
