The staff here was incredible! I was able to get into my new phone in just a couple days even with them ordering it for me. Jim M was extremely helpful and made the process smooth and it was an easy transition from the previous salesperson I had for years who is no longer in the business. I HIGHLY recommend going to this location as you will be helped almost immediately upon entering! If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would.

I cannot express enough how amazingly caring and understanding these people were. They access my accounts they help me figure out what was going wrong and save me about $100 a month that my bill was charging me because of the ignorance at cellular sales in Yorkshire. The man I worked with a pretty sure was James he was so caring and understanding. I walked into the store and was there for three hours going through my bills and trying to understand where there was mistakes made. They were able to find mistakes find add-ons and find other phone lines that I had lost because that the other company in Yorkshire took off my account without my authorization. I am so impressed by the customer care service that they gave me that I will be back and I will buy a new iPad Pro from them this week I cannot express how amazing these people were. If you want true good home service kind of feel and respect go to this store. Thank you so much again for making me feel like someone actually cared.

I have always had knowledgeable and friendly service from this store. Whenever I've needed parts they were quick to order the item if they didn't have it and called back promptly when it came in. Most recently, I was having a laptop problem and josh suggested that he could "take a look". I went right in to the store and within minutes he had the problem fixed. And that was with a friendly smile and an offer to stop in anytime if I needed further help. In the past I've gone to other locations, but after having used this location (about 3yrs ago) I would never even think about trying somewhere else! In fact, I've recommended this store to both family and friends and they've been completely satisfied. Thanks to Josh and the rest of the crew I am a happy and satisfied customer!

I have always had positive experiences here. When I have an issue with a phone or want to buy a new phone, this is always where I start. The employees are genuine and helpful and will help you get out of a bind if you are in a low to medium level tech dilemma. If they can't fix your problem themselves, they always know the right people to get a hold of afterwards. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Jared was wonderful by setting up my new account. Unfortunately he had need of some help getting the main verizon people to help him and they were awful. I waited with jared over an hour. Thank goodness jared remained professional with them. If it was me working with them I would have pulled my hair out.

I can't say enough good things about this business. The owners, the employees are fantastic to work with. They don't care if you're a regular customer or not - they'll help you anyway. I recently got my new phone and they took almost an hour and a half helping me set up my phone. I won't go any place else now. Thank you guys, you're the best.

I like visiting this store. The staff is great. They don't just sell you a phone - they take the time to teach you how to use it. They also sell many other types of electronic devices, radios, antennas, batteries, and too much to list here.

Verizon stores tend to be formal. This one is friendly and helpful first. It is my go to store.

My screen went black one day. I was in a panic. Jim got me working enough until I had time to sit down and get a new phone. Jared got me all hooked up. Thanks guys.

Love this place!

Was having a problem porting a number and two lovely employees helped me figure it out, they even stayed an hour after closing to help fix it! 10/10 would recommend coming to this store it goes above and beyond all the other verizon stores I've been to.

Jenny is always kind and Josh her husband is knowledgeable.and they sell lots of stuff and if they don't have what you need they will gladly order it for you only wish they sold more then Verizon cell service with other wonderful cell services like cricket wireless offering unlimited data for only $70 with 5 dollar auto pay savings making it only $65 ....and yes cricket is TRULY unlimited..because I watch sling tv and Wwe network and often go over 100 gigs a data each month and never slowed down once ...and if radio shack ever offers cricket I be there first customer....but for parts and services I always check with radio shack arcade first then if they don't have what I need or can't service what I need I go else ware ..because Jenny and Josh her husband are super kind folks
