They did an amazing job serving everyone quickly. We were a tour bus of 56 people plus the regular customers there for the lunch hour. We did call ahead and communicate/coordinate our lunch stop with them. Kudos to their staff!!

It's a great place to relax, have coffee or hot tea or cold tea. Eat relax talk. People are so nice here. Prices have gone up a lot.

Best service I've had at any McDonald's in a very long time. Actually had a person take my order instead of having to use those darn kiosks. So miss the personal service.

I would agree with many others that have given 5 stars. I have been to McDonald's all over the globe. The Arcade, NY one, is one of the best for consistent food service. Fast and very polite. Even got a thanks several times from the manager at the window with "come back soon" Nice touch!

This McDonald’s is always the freshest and fastest most courteous service of any we’ve been to and we travel to Florida every year never come across one better 👍🏻👍🏻

This is consistently my McDonald's of choice. Be the managers are usually there always and everyone is very friendly. The good comes it fast. And they fix issues with your order no problem.

We just came from a skills competition at Alfred state college and two other busses were there as well. They had all three busses in and out in 30 minutes! They were fabulous and fast! Thank you!

Staff very kind very helpful im a single mother of a 2 year old and 3 month old I always breastfeed while my toddler eats and they are always so nice and helpful

The girl was very pleasant. And makes me want to continue on my way to work. So to the cashier at 8:30am a big thank you 😊

Excellent service from the staff to replace a sandwich my wife did not care for. No questions asked and service with a smile. Truly outstanding!
