I walked into the Verizon store in Yorkshire, NY and was taken care of by Lisa. She was able to give a great deal and I did not even have to trade in my old phone. She was very knowledgeable with regards to the various Verizon deals and got my new phone set up including the new security.

Came here last minute, rather than making the drive to Springville, because my phone's touch screen stopped working out of nowhere. Hadn't really been looking to upgrade yet but Corey helped me find a phone right away that suited my needs and got me the most value for the trade in so it was financially smart. He made sure I knew how to use all the functions and checked in after a few days to see if I had any questions, make sure everything was working correctly and that I was happy with the purchase/didn't want to make a switch.
