I visit here often, sometimes daily and I figure its time I give some praise. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They'll drop what they are doing to say hello, or welcome you in a way that doesnt sound scripted or forced. And mind you, sometimes multiple staff members will welcome me and others, I see it often and have even thought to myself, 'hell, I wish I had even just one of these crew members on my staff where I work!!' Their customer service skills are top notch. I've never had a bad experience here.

The store is always clean and organized and the lot is well maintained.

Every single time I go to Road Dog on the West Side of Dayton,Ohio… I I get excellent customer service. Everybody is always well groomed both men & women & professional. I am happy that this place is a part of the community because they represent it well !! I have never had a serious issue and I have been a customer for over five years, even when they made the transition to being called rod dog.

Soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by jan employee named, Justice with a wonderful smile and personality. She took care of me and I was in and out of the store in less than two minutes. The store has really improved.

Atia did an amazing job checking out my order. She was able to serve all the 4 guests in line, in front of my within seconds. She definitely deserve a raise!!!

I was greeted like a queen- like I was the main character in everyone's story. The staff was SOOO friendly, and super helpful!! And since they treat you "like family" I got an invite to the cookout 😎🤟🏻 I'll be back for sure!!

Very excellent service and great product s. The staff there are always very friendly and helpful. The main manager guy always greets customers as soon as they walk through the door.

Whitney and Asia have provided the best customer service by far. I’m not a morning person at all, but Road Dog is my first stop before work each morning. If they left so would I.
