The UPS Store

I purchased an art piece from an auction house in the area. This UPS store was able to pickup my art piece, wrap it very carefully and ship it across the country safely. I appreciate the great packaging job. Thank you and I recommend them.

The first time I use this service to just mail a small package to Columbus, I didn’t know how to do it, and the customer service rep walked me through everything very patiently.

Customer service is efficient and polite packages always arrive on time I seldom use the US postal service anymore.

This store has always been super easy to deal with and staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

They always have very long lines and tons of boxes everywhere but they soldier on.

I had Amazon returns, knowing they were closing at 7pm I showed up 5 minutes before (poor planning on my part) the staff was great and patient with me. Will definitely go to this location again!

I have been here 3 times to drop off packages in the past year with most recent being the month of November 2022. Each time theh were quick to help, and the pkgs were received timely. Each time, I was in and out of there within 5 minutes or less.

I’ve been going to this ups store for many years. The whole group is FANTASTIC! It’s not an easy job by any means but the employees work as a great team.

I purchase 2 items at auction in Ohio near this store. An employee at this store went and picked up the items, packaged, and shipped them to me in Wisconsin. They were great to talk to over the phone and the packaging they did was excellent. Best of all their rates were beyond reasonable. I will always use this store when I buy items in the future.

My partner and I won an auction item online and reached out to this store for pick-up, packing, and shipping, as we are in Florida. The auction house ended up leaving out an item but Mike, this UPS store's manager, stayed on top of it and kept us informed, even walked us through his plan for packing, which was very comforting. Great communication, very professional but also personable. We will definitely be reaching out to this store in the future and are confident in their ability to handle large, fragile antiques. Friendly, efficient and excellent customer service

Mike from the UPS store really went above and beyond to help me ship a couple of my packages that was proving to be a problem. So frustrated with the problems, I just asked them to throw away packages that had to be returned that day or not at all. I received an e-mail saying they could help me further getting these boxes out. Their work is greatly appreciated and I will praise the customer service they provided!!

Fabulous courteous staff- this is my UPS store of choice even tho there is one closer . So helpful!!!!
