Ivan shopping at West Marine for over 25 years and they always have the best quality and selection of products.

Smaller than MDR and they were out of everything I needed. But we had the cutest salesman so super helpful. They need to bring there accounting system into the 21st century as their register couldn’t accommodate Apple Pay. I had to run back to my boat to get an actual credit card to cover the items I purchased.

Great customer service and friendliness. One dude was wicked knowledgeable on all things I needed. Fast too. Great hub to use to pick up orders. Seems small compared to others in LA not sure on the product diversity. I'm definitely sailing back to check it out more to update ya'll

Mr. Tom works at the Redonfo Beach location. His knowledge is beyond anyone I have ever met when it comes to boats. I just ask and the answer it given. Always guiding me in solutions that accommodates my situation and my budget. Excellent service.

I am definitely impressed by the level of service here. Jill is amazing, no questions about it. The store had an item sent from another store within a day. The follow thru of the staff is very noteworthy. I will be shopping here for quite some time.

Our little local West Marine is WONDERFUL!
knowledgeable and helpful staff, and so close to the Marina and harbor.
If they don't have it in stock, they can usually have it next day.
Parking can be challenging, but if you drive around the long, long block and by the time you get back there is usually a space!

Laura was the most helpful employee ever. She went above and beyond to help us redeem our west advantage points. Thank you Lauren, we will be back!

Pretty cool store has a lot of boat stuff ropes anchors they even have fishing roof combos,tackle,good selection of plastics and crankbaits so much different things check it out you will love it
