Macy's

Hopefully this location does not close down. They have great prices on furniture floor samples. Also the clearance prices are a great buy. I love being able to order online and pick up in stores.

Store has everything you need to get going. Clothing for me boyfriend and baby, they even have a toy department, dishes, cookware, makeup, electronics, home decor, toys and treats for doggies and kitties.

This is my go-to Macy's, although I have shopped in Macy's stores all over the country, including Maui. I have found good quality in the merchandise that I purchased. Also, the furniture. The compliments on both have been ongoing.

Walked in but looking to purchase anything and 🤯🤯 I see this mind blowing Coconut milk sofa with a cuddler. So sleek and modern looking, but with my luck it was just put on the floor, had no price and won't be available for two months after purchasing.

Good products, good prices, polite employees. It could use more variety on the contemporary items made in Europe or US.

I love this Macy's store. They have the best cosmetics department, is always clean and we'll organized.
They also have a 'Back stage' section that is worth visiting.

Wonderful guest service and friendly staff. Well stocked shelves and organization.

Had an excellent last minute experience at this Macy’s, I had had previously visited the Culver City location. Not a happy experience there.
At the Galleria I was greeted and assisted right away by the manager Mark Allen and employee Sandra Williams. Very thankful for their help!

To my surprise, they have a great selection of HIC tees here. Overall the men's department has a huge variety to choose from whether you're shipping for yourself or your father or kids. This mall is pretty chill now so there's plenty of parking without wasting time. The service wasn't bad either.

Staff is all very helpful and nice. Store is kept clean and shoppable!

I got a perfume from there and I really didn't like it cause it doesn't last for long time,, so I took it back and changed it with another one easily,, the staff were friendly and helpful

Management was extremely amazing, and the lady who helped my son was absolutely fantastic.

So we were in a rush trying to do some last minute shopping for the kids' graduation, and Macy's showed out. We were able to find everything we needed, and then some. One of the cashier really stood out because she was amazing and extremely helpful (her name was Ninette). She helped us put outfits together and to find the right shoes. Congratulations to her on her first kid, she will be a great mom. Great service.

Great quality clothes along with great discounts. The sales specialist very helpful and courteous.

Ninette was amazing. What an awesome shopping experience. Marc the store manager was welcoming. But Ninette helped me find a sold out item that I couldn't find anywhere and I looked all over LA. Above and beyond without asking. PLEASE promote her.

I bought a Lucky one million Cologne at Macy's and the Lady clerk convinced me, so I bought the Cologne, also it smells Good.
