Jasmine at the Stone Village location was a terrific help! My wife and I had been struggling to get a billing issue resolved and the customer service help line told us to go into the store but the store folks would tell us to call the customer service line. This all changed when we finally met with Jasmine and she called the customer service line and was able to resolve our issue once and for all. Thank you Jasmine - you were wonderful!

We arrived to TMobile on Sunday and Benjamin, manager, helped my son with a sim card issue in less than 10 mins. He was professional, courteous, new exactly what he was doing and how to help, very knowledgeable on the products. Everyone should visit this store and ask for him!

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I went in yesterday and was having trouble with my phone that I bought online. Ben was super friendly and nice! He helped me with my problem and made me feel very welcome.

I dislike going to phone stores, really, it's usually a long and frustrating process. I went to this particular location because they had a great rating and I was so pleased with my experience. I needed to switch carriers and upgrade two phones. Jonathan was helpful, friendly, courteous and professional and really took the time to make sure I was getting what I needed and the best deal. Both he and Brennan we VERY knowledgeable and at the same time, never made me feel confused. As I waited while they switched the content from my old phone to my new one, I saw them solve phone problems for several other customers cheerfully and skillfully. It was also nice to see how easily they worked together, a good team, making a great experience for their customers. This will be my new phone store for a long time.

By far one of the best T-Mobile store I have been in! Staff was prompt greeted as soon as I came in, everyone was smiling and friendly. They were engaged and eager to help. This will definitely be my go to store. I 100% recommend this location.

Jonathan Rogers was the best sales associate we could expect to get going to the T-Mobile store. Not only was he able to facilitate our return/exchange, but we went ahead and upgraded our phones for our entire family all with his brilliant suggestions!

I have been a sprint customer since 2017 and today was a complete pleasure work with Elizabeth, the manager at this store, she fixed my bill issue and did more that I was expect to fix the inconvenience. The attention is amazing, she and her staff is helping all customers. 100% recommended and Definitely it will the store that’s I’ll go anytime.

I had an amazing experience at this location with Tariq, Nate, Bradley and Shawn. They were all patient and helped me a great deal. Give them ALL BONUS’S because they’re are a tremendous asset to the TMobile team.

I’d just like to point out two of the best sales reps i have ever worked with in my 6 years of having tmobile. Bradley and jon were able to help me after i had visited 4 other T-mobile's in my area and none were able help bradley and jon both gave me a quick easy and effective way to fix my problem and made me feel understood in my anger the whole time bradley would tell jokes about how the were gonna fix my situation and at the end of the day they did and i'd like to point out they did this with a FULL store and just the TWO of them as i watched them deal with other customers i feel they made every interaction with person and they took the time to make sure they explained every part of the plan the people were getting they talked about the deal that the store had but not in a pushy way were you felt forced to buy something and they even gave out THERE PERSONAL PHONE NUMBERS incase there customers had any other questions im am sad all i can give them is a 5/5 because they deserve so so so so so so much more please give these guys a raise or promotion cause when it comes to customer service these to have it right !!!!!!!
