Rachel was a absolute delight to work with. Very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand what was going on. My order was put in wrong to begin with and she was able to get it straight. I was so glad she was there to help me. By far the best customer service rep I've worked with.

the new management really has a good head on their shoulders. it's a lot cleaner and even smells better. Definitely check it out when you get a chance.

I visited the Russell Verizon store on 10/11. The staff members Davd and Danielle were so knowledgeable and helpful! They were able to resolve my issues and showed me how to save money on my Verizon bill. I appreciated their patience and professionalism when assisting me as I am not a phone savvy consumer! Thank you both for providing outstanding customer service! It's so nice to have such a valuable resource so close to home!

I’d just like to give a big round of applause to the team here! The manager, Coby, was particularly nice. While getting my new phone, he made sure I understood everything and even told me about any promotions I had. He was very patient with me because my old phone company, Straight Talk, was being difficult. Thank you Coby! I’ll be back again!

Danielle was amazing! She was definitely a people's person. Friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. From the time I walked in she made me feel welcomed. Just say I left there very satisfied and will be back!!!!

I just got a new iPhone and David helped me. He is very professional and knowledgeable, as well as personable. Danielle was there, too; and she is wonderful. I recommend Russell Verizon highly!

Josh was awesome. We had to activate a phone, reset another phone, and he sold me a promotional Samsung watch that was 150.00 off.. Josh was professional, he had excellent customer service skills and was a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Russell Cellular on my experience today.

Very helpful, patient, kind, and easy to talk to manager at this location. Made the experience upgrading three new phones very easy and simple. Was never impatient and answered our questions clearly. She was managing the store by herself and was still able to greet new customers coming into the door while helping us.

The customer service at this store is by far the best customer service I have ever received at a Verizon Wireless store. (10+ year customer BTW) Ashlee not only far exceeded my expectations, she was also highly recommended by a family member who she helped the week before. Great experience! It's nice to finally have a local Verizon store with a great, knowledgeable staff!!

Danielle was so much help! We had a lot of questions and took up hours of her time. She went above and beyond to find us the best deal for our needs!

Devon took care of 4 times the customers that his counterpart did. He was efficient, listened to my requests, got what I wanted and also helped with in-house work (breaking down boxes, etc while he was "hanging on the phone" with Verizon. I couldn't have had better service.

I went in trying to switch from Straight Talk to Verizon because I wasn’t getting service at my residence and wasn’t able to switch to Verizon from my IPhone 6S and the associate Christopher was able to sign me up and start my own plan and I got a new phone. The customer service was great and he helped me out every step of the way, I would highly recommend anyone to Verizon. It was a great experience.

My SE phone was not feeling well. Some apps were waiting, waiting, when I had been able to use them before. Michael and Danelle were great and explained that my phone only had 16 gigabytes and my phone had run out of storage! So I now have a new SE with 64 gigabytes!

The young man that I dealt with at Russell cellular, David, was an absolute joy to work with. He was upbeat, super friendly, he really seemed to enjoy what he was doing and made it an absolute wonderful experience.

Zak, was incredible....handled our business account and three others, so seamless, at the same time . He had the best attitude never once blinked at anything thrown his way. I even ended up buying more than I should have at the time (but needed). My hats off to Verizon for finding this guy.

Alyssa marshall is the best!! I went here a couple of weeks ago. she helped me out with the problem I was having an introduced me into products that were suitable for me, was very professional and has the brightest personality. this girl is a great image for verizon! I highly recommend everyone to this store, and please ask for alyssa! she will take more than good care of you!
