Prices are a bit high in comparison to actual vape shops especially since the devices are older models but not terrible, guy that helped me was nice and quick to help

try pricing ur things. cust will know the cost and so will ur help. been charged diff prices myself.even after u pay u dont get a receict with prices just a total.

Well don’t get me wrong the one guy when I first came in Phenomenal help me with whatever I needed help with guided me in the direction I was looking for, but wasn’t even quite sure but then this other guy I don’t know either of their names I know one is taller than the other one the one with long hair he is so nice and so helpful. Great customer service but the other guys rude won’t talk to you and charged me double the amount what I was charged last time I went there for the same exact thing and I actually got less stuff I got charged double for the same exact thing that I bought for 30 bucks I got charged $65 and honestly that’s a Bit much for some thing I can get at home or make it at home or do at home I was charged 65 bucks when in reality it’s not even worth that but disappointing I was double charged and nothing is done about it

Been in twice tried to sell me things for an 800% + markup both times. Tried to sell me something thats normally 11.99 for 53.46 and the second time something that was regularly 8.99 he tried to charge me 25.99.
Prices change. Both guys that have been there have been rude and unprofessional. Come here if you want to be scammed.
Ill stick to where I know I'm taken care of...The drive to Stratosphere Tobacco &Vape next to Food lion in Wp is MORE than worth it.

Terrible!!! Poor customer service. Always on speaker phone yelling, double's the price on the vapes. Each time I go in there the vapes are different prices, which is horrible for business. You explain that the prices are much higher then other vape stores or even online and they just ignore you cause you are Interrupting there phone call!°
Try having better customer service skills, get off the phone while customers are in the store. And stick with one price!!!!

Garbage. Don’t answer phone and guy is on phone with his girl while trying to help. No good going to mechanicsville.

Guy who works there is rude and doesn’t seem to want to help. He only attempted to help when we were walking out of the store. Never going back. Place is a joke.
