Desirre, Marline and team at the pharmacy really pulled through for us tonight! My spouse had a surgery earlier and really needed the medication, but I found out that the pharmacy closed at 8 and the staff was getting ready to head out. This compassionate team and pharmacist went above and beyond to fit me into their busy schedules as well as provide new information about insurance that we did not know. Their customer service was awesome and they will be remembered for their kindness.

Stopped by needing allergy medd for my 10yr old granddaughter. I'm handicapped so pulled up to drive through asked for allergy medd for kids. After being told no asked for manager. I explained I couldn't go in and she went back and retrieved multiple products. Thank you Phamacy msnager.

Needed to take a covid test here and the staff was friendly, courteous and the results were very quick (45 minutes to get the results for the ID NOW test). Testing through the drive through was efficient and easy to do. The testing appointment had a confirmation email and a reminder email, so there was no confusion on what needed to get done.

I went online to order vitamins to be picked up at my local Walgreens. When I arrived I was guided to the online pick up at the photo section. I was welcomed by a warm greet & the wonderful young lady with short cut blonde hair also mentioned that Walgreens also has curbside pick for the convenient of customers who want to stay in vehicle during pandemic.

The wonderful warm team member asked was there a BOGO promotion online & I said No, can I still take advantage of the offer, she gladly said yes & another young Hispanic woman grabbed the other vitamins for me saving $14.99.

Thank you everyone for the value of customer service that exceeds anything else.

Edit: Updating my review to reflect that I have been contacted by this Walgreens location after placing an inquiry through their Facebook and Twitter accounts. The representative was very nice and took down all of my prescription information. Thank you for a quick response in getting my prescriptions transferred to your store!

Been trying to contact you via phone for a few days now. Unable to get through. Your automated system keeps hanging up on me. This is very frustrating. I am trying to transfer my prescriptions to you from a different pharmacy and I can't even do it.

Regular and controlled substance filled at this pharmacy. Staff is always friendly and professional never had any problems. Very efficient and kind. 😊
