Today 4/28/23 around 3:45 I went in needing some help with something and the cashier on duty was not only accommodating but also EXTREMELY friendly and treated me so much nicer than most places I've gone into. I am so sad I didn't get his name. It's my fault I didn't even look for a name tag when thanking him but, I'm writing this review in hopes that he is recognized as the wonderful person he is. Thank you. Store was very clean inside and out as well. I've lived here 3 years and I've just never gone in because CVS doesn't unfortunately accept our insurance for prescriptions anymore but, I will definitely be coming back to purchase things because of the cleanliness, professionalism, and friendliness of your employees.

I wanted to take a moment to shout to my area that this is hands down the best pharmacy I've ever dealt with in the 15 years I've lived here! I moved out of the area and changed pharmacies and it was a nightmare. The other pharmacy changed pharmacists constantly, the app was never in sync with the pharmacy, and I was put through rigorous berating over different medications I take for chronic illnesses of over 30 years! This CVS treats me with respect, they watch for drug interactions, they are always on top of everything! The app is in sync, they are fast, and when I show up to that window, I get a smile and such friendly people! I'll never go anywhere else! Thank you to all of the incredible pharmacists and techs! You are awesome and on your worst day you do better than your competition!

I would like to thank all the employees at cvs on 21and gratiot.. especially the pharmacy Kelly and Amy are the best they take care of me and my family and are always so polite..I am very greatful to have them in my life :))) thank you all xoxo

The pharmacy staff are always kind and helpful.

Service here is always prompt and friendly. Almost always have my meds in stock and they send a text message when my script has been filled and is ready for pick up.

I'm not crazy about CVS, but in this case they had what I needed to finish my Christmas shopping.

Just like every other CVS.

Very rude employee. Uncalled for rudeness while asking about how to cash in lottery tickets (which I never do). Didn’t want to help anybody, rudely said “use self checkout”. Ridiculous.

Since Amy the manager left, the pharmacy has gone downhill. The people working there are short and rude more often than not. I don't appreciate being talked down to when I'm getting meds filled. I will be taking my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will tell everyone I speak with to avoid this CVS.

The store was closed at 951pm. I tried to open the door to make a quick purchase. The employee said sorry we are closed. I said it’s 10pm. What do you mean you’re closed. He said we need to leave early tonight. I couldn’t believe how rude the guy was and I couldn’t believe they closed early.

So apparently if you can’t afford your copay for a prescription and you want to use good rx coupons they won’t allow it cause they don’t make a profit. So you go without meds because you can’t afford it because CVS doesn’t make money SERIOUSLY! So many people are on a fix income and are just trying to make ends meet. You deny them a discount and cvs makes millions of dollars a year and you can’t allow people to use a discount card. Shame on you! I hope you all can sleep at night knowing you are making people go without meds they may need as a life or death situation. People are just trying to save money wherever they can because everything is so darn expensive. You all are crooks.

The pharmacy at this location needs new management or something. Everytime I call ahead and speak to someone about a medication that's needed, I get told a time it'll be ready and without fail I get there and still have to wait 10-15 minutes if not more. This is ridiculous.

This pharmacy is a joke. Been 3 months and still haven't gotten in the meds I was supposed to get? Now another family members prescription sat there for 2 weeks without getting ordered. When pressed they said the insurance didn't cover it...it's been covered for the last 4 months, then turn around and say it is covered to try and hide their previous lies. Time to switch. Absolutely horrendous service to people depending on medication to live.
