This Lowe's has the best workers. Kathy was very polite and helpful when we were checking out. Military discounts are very appreciated! 10/10 highly recommended

7/17/23 I went to pick up a few items I ordered online for pickup. After I ordered within 10 minutes I got the notification that my pickup was ready so I headed out to go get it. The associate named Lauren helped me find my order, got me my goods and I was on my way home literally in like 1 minute. It was the easiest transaction I've ever had. 10/10 service

I don't always find what I'm looking for because sometimes stock is just low but all the employees that I have ever asked for help have helped me. I frequent this Lowe's and so does my partner who just bought a home so we'll be in there even more often. Like we were this morning buying locks for the new home, an employee help me take the keys out of the locks so we could get the copies immediately while we were still in the store and then someone else helped me check out even though I was at self checkout and this is the normal procedure for this location they're just as helpful as they possibly can be and they're friendly, which is all I can ask for from a home improvement store.

I never expected to see something so beautiful in a place like this. In all my travels up and down the country, and even in foreign modernized countries, I have never seen a hardware store so beautifully represent the thanks that they have for veterans and the respect for those who never made it home. You fine folks moved this man to tears today in such a good way. Credit belongs to Mr. Stacey who is the Lowe's employee who designed this and made it possible. Thank you for such a beautiful token. The Clinton Township Lowe's will forever be my first choice for hardware and tool needs from this day forth. Beautiful work folks. I vote Best Lowe's in the country on this store anyday! Thank you.

The only Lowe's I know around where you can rent a truck if you have a bigger purchase. The other 2 local ones said they stopped doing that over a year ago. Managers I've dealt with were cool and helpful.

I am a frequent visitor of this Lowe’s and come here for materials needed for jobs. I work for Monacelli Construction I was helped by an associate by the name of Aries. This guy went above and beyond to help me great employee, and a good representation of what Lowe’s employees should be like he was friendly, and wasn’t afraid to do a little physical labor even offered and insisted on helping me load up my product, I was very impressed

I've never had a bad experience at Lowes. The store is clean. Associates are helpful and seem knowledgeable. Everything is decently priced and I've never not been able to find what I need.

Has everything workers are helpful and check out is in a timely manner. And they give veterans a military discount.. thanks from a 22 yr Air Force veteran.

Helpful staff. Just not impressed with JB Hunt Appliance Delivery. Had a horrible experience with the first two deliver guys! They actually just got in their truck and left without saying a word because they had to take the doors off the fridge to deliver it!!! I was literally removing my front door from the hinges per their request too when I saw them leaving! The next two were great. Gave them a tip for being so professional and curtious.

I love the employees here some of the best people I've ever met ....I actually clean the building I don't shop here but when we come clean the people are super pleasant and love us they keep it light and we have a good time working for them ...always a pleasure.

VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL STAFF !!! YOU CAN ALWAYS SEE EMPLOYEES throughout the store in every department.
ALSO LOVE THE FREE AIR FOR YOUR VEHICLE TIRES... very rare these days !!!

Ordered online, picked up in-store. Process worked flawlessly. Excellent system for online orders.

Quick in and out, employees were everywhere ready to help anyone. This location is convenient, and they have anything you could need when it comes to home improvement, outside jobs, etc.

Many thanks to Chelsea at the South Gratiot store this morning. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Offering and arranging loading help was very appreciated. Thank you Chelsea. High point of the day :-)

Went with both my sons. Although the didn't have the plumbing part I needed, my son picked up the parts he needed.

I hate home improvement store. They are cold and impersonal, but this visit everyone was friendly and very helpful. I was able to put together this beautiful arrangement for less than $60.00. Had I gone to a florist it would have been well over $100.00. Thank you Lowes. The young sales lady helped me register for my military discount. She was wonderful and patient.

This Lowes has a shopper friendly layout and helpful staff. Also has a hotdog stand and free air.

This Lowes keeps the store clean, neat and well stocked. The employees are very helpful.
