Pilot Travel Center

This place is nice size and customer service is great I was greeted as soon as I walked in and there was plenty of options for health foods and low carb options.

I arrived on a Sunday morning around 7am. Parking was easy to find. Ordered a shower on the app, no waiting. The water was very hot and the shower was clean.

The gas is good, not full of water like some/ most of the surrounding gas stations.

Truck stop- so they have showers too. The mobile app offers pretty good discounts for truck accessories and replacement parts and products for quick repairs, blinkers, antennas, fuses etc. The basics of any gas station and more.

We couldn't get our credit card to work at the pump. The cashier was very nice and helpful inside. She had me swipe the card inside and turned on the pump. When we finished she explained to us how it would just charge what we pumped and printed us a new receipt. The restrooms were clean. Love stopping at Pilot.

Nice clean bathrooms!

Alex was awesome!! Trucks were parked illegally and had us pinned in and Alex very politely had them move so trucks in back row could get out. She was super nice and friendly to every single customer inside and outside of the store. Really hope to see her next time through!!

I pulled in only to discover that it had a casino attached to it. My immediate thought was that I wouldn't be able to sleep and that it would be too noisy, but I was too tired not to try. I was wrong. I got great sleep. I woke up and reserved a shower with the app, seeing there were none available. I expected it would take forever for the next shower. I was wrong again. It was ready in minutes. I got online while I waited and discovered that the WiFi here was very, very fast and extended even to the parking lot. Add to that some good coffee and great service, and you've got one of my favorite truck stops in the bayou.

Good, big store, with nice, clean bathrooms!!! Good area to stretch, let your dog potty, walk around a minute. But clean bathrooms we're the main attraction. But I do remember there being a small line.

To the cashier working on the truck stop side, I didn't get her name, a bit short, wearing jeans, a huge thank u for greeting me & showing a big smile. It definitely made my day! Showers were clean & had gd pressure but could of used some more hot water. Overall def b back!

I love this pilot. Most of the staff are polite and helpful. They keep the store clean inside and out and it's very peaceful and respectful. I give it a 5 because it by far is the best Pilot and or truck stop I have visited. We need more customer service such as the service I found here.

Great place to stop for a variety of items including your drinks and snacks while on the road! As a frequent traveler the amenities that are offered, restrooms, private shower stalls, laundry services, etc, are all to notch and very clean. Overall just a great place to stop while traveling!

This is my favorite place to buy fresh coffee. They have a nice variety of flavors to choose from including numerous types of different creamers. They have the friendliest staff and the facility is always clean.

I get my gas from Pilot and what I love is that you don't have to wait long to be served. They wear their name tags, and welcome you into their place. The store is very clean in and outside. Everything is put in it's place. You may go in thinking your just going to pay for gas but you may leave out with sweets, chips, or a nice hot sandwich with a soda to quench your thirst, and purchase a lucky ticket while your there. I would rather go to a Pilot when traveling, because I get a discount on my drink refills with the Pilot cup. Gas prices for gas are comparable to other gas stations. The buckets for cleaning the windshield on my RV have the long handles to reach. Service counter is pleasant and helpful. Bathrooms are clean and stocked. Outside there are grassy areas to walk the dog and people clean up after their pets (or the staff is keeping areas clean). In and out while traveling possible without delay.

Great for truckers to park. Walmart, Micky D's, Crystal Burgers 2 motels and more within walking distance.

Truckers lounge, hot clean showers, a fun real casino and nice staff. What more could you ask for.
