It’s been awhile and man have I missed this place! So glad it remains a serious go to spot for real Cajun. They make the best fried shrimp P.O. boy I have ever had anywhere. And, trust me when I say I’ve had a LOT of shrimp P.O. boys!

Great food. I try to stop here if I can on my road trips. I've been there twice in ten years. I hope to be back. The shrimp is good and spicy, the oysters are my favorite.

Delicious authentic Cajun food! Passed by twice, once headed to Florida and again on the way back home to Texas. The shrimp po’ boy was the best. Plan to stop here anytime I’m passing through.

Seafood Platter was awesome! Hot and Fresh. Stop here if you're interested in great food in a no frills atmosphere. Prices are good. I went all in on a more expensive platter because I wanted to try several different items.

High quality Cajun food, made to order fresh. The people working there were friendly and inviting. I've only tried the alligator po-boy so far and it was delicious! Check out their menu and I wouldn't hesitate to try anything on it 😄! The only thing that could be improved is the parking. The lot is next to a busy gas station, directly off of the interstate, so it can be annoying to get in and out sometimes.

Full blast Cajun 😆 food, seasoning, hot sauce, recipe books... they also have the original Dr Pepper and Abita root beer.

It was great!! I was traveling from NC to TX & stopped there & it was fantastic!! The staff & owner so friendly & the Gator po-boy, the oyster po-boy & crawfish étouffe were delicious! They have a wide variety of meats like gator for sale & pretty cool exotic animal jerky as well as moonshine.

The BEST gumbo!! We were on a road trip from Savannah to Houston and were lucky to stumble onto this place. My picky yankee boyfriend LOVED the sausage poboy, and the boudin we also bought and cooked up later. They also have a great selection of spices and seasonings for purchase!

Made fresh to order. Burgers are excellent as well as the chicken cracklins. If you don’t want to wait, call ahead to place your order. Also has frozen sausage, stuffed pistolettes, hog head cheese, stuffed roasts, alligator boudin, alligator pattys, alligator meat, boudin balls and other stuff.

Fantastic eating experience, used to drive bye monthly while driving over the road. Always made time to stop and enjoy the fried gator and frog legs. Highly recommend this place. The customer service is fantastic and very sweet people down there.

Very nice down home spot. The owner was at the register he was very nice, he has been in business for over 30 years. I was looking for a special meat that he did not have available but he referred me to another store that would have it. Ordered the boudin balls and they were very good.

They were so kind and helpful in selecting things and I didn't have a cooler for my trip back to Texas so they gave me a cooler bag with ice for the meat I bought. I definitely recommend this place.

Delicious food here. You need to stop by and get those cracklings it’s so good and crispy and seasoned with Cajun seasoning. The crawfish boudin was also amazing.

I love this place. I try to n stop every time I go by. Try to come home with an ice chest full so I can enjoy their food later too.

First time in Louisiana! I never had alligator and frog legs before. I ordered them and I really enjoyed the food and souvenirs. Everyone was very friendly from the workers to the people coming in from all over to enjoy the food.

If you are passing through on I-10, this is a must stop. We are locals and we have never had anything that we did not like. The worst part about this place is figuring out what you want to eat because everything is great. The owners are great people and the staff is always friendly. They are very upfront about this not being a Fast Food restaurant and that it will take a little time to prepare your meal. Be patient, because it is well worth the wait. Highest Recommendation!!!

This place is definitely a hidden gem. The shrimp po-boy was off the chain. I’ve been driving past this place for the last 20 years and never knew it existed with the great food
