Absolutely delighted with my experience! A solid 5-star rating for this fantastic team. I had my eye on a watch for months, and the team made the entire experience worthwhile. Despite being two hours away, the exceptional service made the drive completely worthwhile. While they generously offered to ship it for free, my impatience got the better of me. Xavier, in particular, was a thorough professional, and I'm eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to do business with them again.

The best of the best and my first (and only) choice when looking for jewelry. They have an astounding collection of jewelry at prices so reasonable that you'd feel silly going somewhere else. Impeccable communication through email and text. And the attention they give their customers is radically different from what you get anywhere else, in any retail environment. It's clear they care deeply about their customers. Fully and unquestionably recommended.

Spoke to Justin over the phone and he gave me a fair price on my Breitling without even looking at the watch. After completing that transaction came back the same day and they took my Rolex Sub at a reasonable price as well. I will be going back for future jewelry and watch needs.

This was an overall great experience! We worked with Keith in buying both an engagement ring and wedding bands. The rings were custom and they turned out exceptional. Everything was done in a timely and stress free manner. I would highly recommend the Diamond Exchange USA to anyone!

A+ experience. Getting an engagement ring was a long process, and I was not impressed by most of the big retailers.

Some were pushy or unfriendly, or had that used-car salesman approach. Others were nice and knowledgeable, but the prices were exorbitant and customization was limited because they had designs from specific, high-profile designers.

Diamond Exchange was the best blend of all the positives without the negatives, as long as you're OK with it being a smaller store in an understated location. Justin was fantastic to work with. Very patient, knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Their designer may not have a famous name, but his work was spectacular and actually once I gave the thumbs up on the 3-D model, the ring was finalized very quickly.

They also buy/appraise and even bought some older gold rings we didn't want anymore at a slightly better price than local pawn shops.

At a minimum, if you're considering buying/designing jewelry, pay these guys a visit and see how you feel walking out compared to when you leave some of the usual suspects. I bet you'll walk away more satisfied at Diamond Exchange. Justin, once again, thank you sir for everything!

We worked with Katie for both our engagement ring and wedding bands and she was awesome. She took time to educate us and there was no pressure. After going to multiple jewelry and diamond stores searching for an engagement ring I was just about to give up. The research I did online was not adding up to the prices I was receiving and I was becoming very frustrated with pushy salesman and pressure to finance and open up a line of credit with their store. I was so thankful to have found and stopped in to Diamond Exchange USA. They were so nice, helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I walked in, told them what I was looking for, gave them my budget and within 15 min we found exactly what I was looking for. I picked the ring up the next day...a diamond set in a band overnight I was amazed. Katie was the one helping me the entire time and was so knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. When first looking at diamonds she did not show me anything I couldn't afford, did not bring out some fancy light that only diamond stores have to show me all the details that are invisible to the naked eye, and best of all did not ask for my social security number to open up a line of credit or how I was to finance something I couldn't afford. Straight and to the point, after I had picked a diamond she then showed me the details of that specific diamond. If it were not for Diamond Exchange USA and Katie I probably would not be happily married right now...I'm not kidding. I bought the engagement ring and my wife and I came back for the wedding band also. I hope Diamond Exchange USA is around forever, I'll never go anywhere else! Thank you SO MUCH KATIE!!!! The whole Diamond Exchange team is awesome! Keith in particular helped my fiance design the ring of my dreams. When I saw the ring for the first time I was in shock from how beautiful and perfect it turned out. From what my fiance told me about his experience, Keith was fair, responsive and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.My wedding band was also made here and it also came out perfect. I have worked with Justin and Keith for over 25 years. They earned my business in the first item I purchased. They refunded me money when the diamonds that they charged me for weighed less what they charged. They could have taken advantage of me and I would have never known. This review is long overdue. We got my custom engagement ring and our weddings bands here. Showed Keith a picture of what I want and his designer made the piece even more special than the picture. I couldn't decide between 2 styles of the wedding band. Keith had a wax mold created so I could feel the difference. The personal touch was much appreciated. I felt comfortable with the whole process. Keith's team is patient, knowledgeable, and give excellent service. I highly recommend DEUSA!

I contacted several different companies that buy and sell gold in Washington DC. Prior to calling each, I read up on how much you should receive as a fair price for 10, 14, 18 karat scrap gold per gram. I was surprised at how dumb the people at the shops that buy and sell gold play when you call on the phone. They refuse to give prices until you visit them. Then when you waste your time going to their shops they try to rip you off hoping your stupid. Being totally frustrated and ready to give up I contacted The Diamond Exchange USA in Rockville, MD. It was the only company that was very happy to give me information over the phone about the value of 14 and 18 Karat scrap gold per gram and held to their word when I arrived. Their offer per gram was within the guidelines of fair pricing that I researched. Keith was straight forward honest and made the entire transaction easy. He was respectful of my time and made my experience exceptional. I will never waist my time again, but will go directly to Diamond Exchange USA. if I want to purchase or sell.
