AT&T Store

Mike was the best! In the past, whenever I had to visit this branch, I would be there for way over an hour and usually left the store with a big bill and extra lines. Mike was super helpful, knew what he was doing, and helped us with some issues.
We we there for 30 minutes max. I am glad that my local AT&T branch hired a competent and friendly associate.

Giancarlo provided great customer service and was very patient with us! He explained things in detail and gave great insight. He helped us save money and gave us discounts. He should be promoted to assistant manager!

Our experience at the Fallsgrove store was excellent. Erik Bailey, the store manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He spent quite a bit of time with us and clearly explained and reviewed everything. Highly recommend going to this store and working with Erik — he is the best !

Came in to the store in desperate need of a new phone and provider and Michael A. was my AT&T store representative and he was AMAZING!!!! Extremely knowledgeable, patient, thoroughly explained ALL the fine details about my new device and more importantly my new plan. I cannot express how pleased I am with my experience here. I had major issues with my phone. I have been to other AT&T stores to take care of my issues, which I wasn’t happy and satisfied with their work , knowledge and experience, until I came to store # 14929H and thus young man store employee Micheal star helping me. I can tell you, fir the time I spend at this store trying to get my issues solved, I watched Micheals work and the level of experience, knowledge and care he put in to take care of my issues was very impressive.
He had option to call the IT and pass me over. But he didn’t he tried very much until all my issues were taken care of. This young man is asset to TT&T and his store

Michael A is a gifted young man who has been in the country for just 2 years but his command of technology and customer orientation is exemplary. The service at the 14929 Shady Grove Road, Falls Grove Village center has vastly improved. It used to take forever to get attention only a year ago.

Adriana was very helpful. She was able answer all my questions and concerns!
