Lowe's Home Improvement

It is just nice to have a home improvement store close to home. They usually have what I think I need (plus some). This has become my favorite place to shop for seasonal decorations and lawn and garden stuff. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I also greatly appreciate that while they have several self-check lines, they still have a couple of cashier run registers as well.

Chris from the Lumber department treated me like royalty when I needed to buy some boards and have them cut. Wood working is not my department. He looked through a lot of different boards to make sure I had the best, and then assisted with finding some tools to!

The young lady Kimberly, the cashier was very helpful today 9/24 around 6:35pm. The self checkout machine didn’t give me $40 cash back. She called Alex to help out. Thank you.

Barb was great! I was looking for a laser level but couldn't find it on the shelf. Barb got one of the tall stairs and found what I was looking for up there.
I know the service at Lowes has always been great, but Barb went out of her way to find what I needed!!

Employees are always so helpful and kind here. Brenda was my cashier and she was fabulous. This lady deserves a raise.

The store has great prices for some of the items. You cannot beat the year end discount at this store. Chris at the lumber is always helpful with cutting boards.

The store is located near the Bothell-Everett highway, has a large parking lot, which is surveyed by several cameras. Knowledgeable staff who is willing help and friendy customer service.

Christian in the door department solved a year old problem with a Milgard door that I haven’t been able to solve. Highly recommend him for finding exactly what you want and for solving problems with a smile and calm professionalism. 10 out of 10!

I have the Lowes app, which makes finding items very easy. Also makes checkout easier. I am a veteran, and my app barcode gets me 10% off purchases.

Better help that the one in TN.

I love Lowe's. We came to buy an outdoor light fixture. They had a good selection, but initially, they all looked the same. So I had to stare at them for a while before I could differentiate one from another. The prices were reasonable too.

Tons of products, not crowded. Great prices on most everything I looked at.
Smoke pellets were a better price than online. This store is better than deliveries. The staff were very helpful.

Mac in the plumbing department was super helpful. He brainstormed multiple solutions and helped me find the parts needed. All with a smile! You are in good hands with that fellow.

Sits along 128th and 50 steps corner near from Bothell Everett Highway, across FredMeyer and Arco Gas AM PM, and about 200 yards from AutoZone and the newest huge seating area Starbucks. This Lowe's is not just your building materials store to go but also for home and garden stuff too.

No lines, knowledgeable staff, good selection of materials and reasonable prices.

This is my mall or shore store lol. Love the store. Always clean and always have what I need, and a lot of what I don't but I think I do when I buy it lol. The staff is great there. There's one gentleman there who's older who seems to have a difficult time with interactions with customers, but it think it's just his personality and the fact that people tend to try to steal from them often unfortunately. So he's just over the bad bunch. Overall, great place. Pieces are fair or even great.

Mustafa from plumbing went above and beyond to help with a small plumbing project that I'm working on. He was very patient and helped me pick the right items for the project. Amazing team!

The guest service team handled a mispick item very well. Updated me on how their progress was going the whole time. Letting me know that my item was on the top shelf and had to get a team lift. Very good

Great store for almost any of your home improvement needs. Quality manufacturers and trusted equipment manufacturers. I really like how they give veterans 10% discounts. I just had to qualify service and it's in my MyLowes account, just have to give my phone number at check out.

Helpful, happy employees answered my questions and helped me find what I needed. Dior enjoyed it too :) And way to go Lowe's supporting Veterans!
