A few times recently I have had to do warranty exchanges on leaking and malfunctioning cartridges. In my recent experience I have found...

It is a pain when management takes a break and you need certain kinds of assistance like cartridge replacement. The breaks need to be scheduled better and more rigidly timed, apparently. There should always be someone on the clock who is trained and/or permitted to do the more "high level" customer service tasks needed.

The person or people authorized to do certain things like replacing broken or defective cartridges should not be MIA for long periods of time. Please consider your customers. Our time, energy, money 💰 🤑 and capacity for patience are finite. Please make some reasonable changes for our mutual benefit and your bottom line.

Kush 21, previously local roots. The menu and store inventory are always filled with plenty of delectable goodies to choose from. Which makes shopping easy and it’s always nice to be able to count on the fact that they will have what it is your looking for. The prices and sale items are fantastic buys, you can't go wrong. Budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable and Amber is fantastic!! this is one of my primary shops I frequent… weekly, could be daily depending on the week. overall this is an awesome cannabis shop, I have yet to leave this location disappointed. As unfortunately with some of the other Kush 21 locations I have not had the same luck.

Positive experience every time. I will say the two lines seems pointless sometimes bc of people that don’t read lol I always mobile order so it’s annoying when walk ins get in that line. Like they don’t have their own private vip lane…use it lol

Chill atmosphere, staff and security are welcoming (: lots of room while waiting in line and clear signs letting you know of current expectations and policies

DON'T BUY FROM THE BRAND "SPACE WEED"!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF BUDS ARE ALWAYS TRASH TASTE LIKE CHEMICALS..

Love this store they have the best deals 30% off every single day on online orders. Just bought some space weed and after 1 bowl I just threw it in the trash seems like the more times I try and give it another shot it just is worse and worse.

Just went into local roots for the first time. Had the best experience. Got in and out in a timely manner. Had a very professional and super personable interaction with Andrew. Got 15 Lil rays and had the best time. I live in Marysville and will definitely be coming back JUST BECAUSE OF ANDREW and the customer service I received.

Great selection of products, nice staff, spacious interior. They stay open late which is a huge help for me. They do rotate product quickly, so they seem to have a different selection almost every time I go (that can be an upside or downside depending on what you are looking for). Overall I’m extremely satisfied with this place.

Nice staff. I will say probably the nicest person I've encountered there has been this security guard at the door. Pretty decent selection. Definitely have a nice selection if you're looking for larger amounts of weed or or cartridges. 30% off if you online order on a think Tuesday and Friday which is kind of nice. Just be careful driving through the parking lot in the back area there's holes big enough to swallow the car.

She's always so great and gets you the best for your dollar highly recommend them to give her a raise! She's the absolute sweetest person!

This place quite possibly the most unique pot shop, cannabis store you'll ever walk into. There is literally nothing like it. I've been to Illinois, Montana, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Out of all those states, this store by far stands apart from all the stores and all the states I have visited. Their prices and products are in par with all the other stores but the experience you will have here is definitely like no other place that you've been in I promise it's like walking into an art gallery. If I were to open my own business, this is definitely a footprint I would use as a comparison to all others. I felt like I was walking into a John Wick movie or a modern art gallery.

Amazing facility, huge selection of anything 420 friendly. Very professional staff as well, we had placed an online order that didnt transmit through to the store so the order wasnt ready so they immediately compensated a 10% discount! 10/10 recommend stopping here!

I cannot say enough about the customer service at Kush21. From the security guy at the door to the budtenders who ALWAYS greet you in a pleasant manner. They will even ask you how your day is going. As far as management, especially PATRICK, they can't be beat. Staff was willing to jump me after my car died right in front of the store. I believe Kush21 is even better under the new management. The selection is great and the sorbet is delicious. Thank you all for your excellent service. Please continue doing what you do. LCK.
