Jason was in the store by himself doing amazing. While I was filling out my slips I watched as he handled multiple customers with ease and even managed to get people to smile. I appreciate my interaction at the store in a time when people can be mean and help is scarce! I wish I could give him a Gold Star!!!!

Whenever I come by the staff is usually just 1 person. They are so friendly and efficient. Never had a problem dropping off a package

I received excellent customer service from Kendall at this location. She was friendly and personable. She not only informed me of the package pick up times, but also recommended that I take a picture of my items/receipt for my records. I hope this franchise knows that she is a valuable asset.

I went to here today. I was upset before vising this store because UPS delivery had problem. I stay at home all the time last Saturday for giving my signature but ups delivery guy just went through my home and post some memo. They did not push bell or knock the door. So I was frustrated about it. But the staff(his name is Hasrain?) helped me and called me back when my package went in the store for picking up. He treated me very professionally. I appreciated it.
