Pop machine need refill on my syrup. Most of them do not work. And crunch ice part of the machine needs to be fixed.

They watch your every move

Ateeq, ripped my phone out of my hand, for doing what the app says, to scan my barcode before purchase to get the deals before they expire! He says call corporate, because he can't take it anymore. That customers can only use the app once in your life, that's it, no more. You can come back but he can't take the app anymore! Everett cops don't do anything but I think that's considered assault no? Ampm?

The customer service there has just gotten worse especially the young guy that works there in the day.I had three incidents with him the but I’m just going mention one.he was picking his nose as I was walking up to the counter with my stuff an he just grabbed it to scan without cleaning his hands an just look at me like he didn’t do anything wrong.I been going there for over twenty years ever since D.K an them was working there.

This store is completely unethical and dirty, I have been here over the years and I have never been into the faculty when it has been clean. Recently my sons wallet was stolen and they allowed multiple purchase that added up to over $500 and no one checked ID. I went in to confront the staff and they had no concern at all over the issue. Stores like this are the reason that we have neighborhoods like the one it is in. No sense of personal responsibility. AMPM corporate should be more involved and for many reasons this place should no longer be in business.

Horrible people. They got new pumps recently and today I stopped for gas. I went inside to pay. Aslim was his name I think.I paid he gave me my receipt , I went back out to my car to pump and when I put the pump in my tank the machine beeped and told me to go inside and prepay. I went back inside to tell him that the pump wasn't working and it said I needed to pay again. He said I already pumped my gas. I said I think its a little hard to pump $25 in gas in less than 2 sec. I didn't get any gas.. I said fine I won't get gas just give me back my money. He refused to give back my money. He got his manager on the phone who was very rude and just said we don't do refunds. I said you took my money and I didn't get my gas. Your pump is faulty. He said I was never charged. I showed the clerk my bank transaction online and they charged me twice. They refused to give me back my money. These people need to be shut down..

I came to get gass at 3 am and the man name (((Wais ))) was outside taking out 🗑 trash and how would I know if I'm not aloud in thw store or not? I'm a paying customer. But the dude Mr wais came in behind me telling me to get out the store yelling at me like I'm some homeless bumb telling me to get out his store. Nor sure what type of gass station this is but from what I see it's a lot of Indians or Iraqens working there with bad attitudes and pour service. I'm new to this state and never been in a Am Pm gass station. Just a day ago I seen a hot dog add on the website for 2 hot dogs for 3$ but the cashier dude..told me it's not 2 for 3 after I pulled up the advertisment on thw website. Who the hell runs this store?

I used to go here multiple times a week in the morning. Not anymore. I asked the clerk in the morning to put a mask on and when he refused, I set my items down and left. He then started to swear at me as I was leaving

I'd give this place a negative review if I could. The doors are ALWAYS locked. Employees are apathetic to customers needs, if you do manage in..

Don't stop here! Guy working the counter began yelling at a customer! He was so rude and disrespectful is was a disgrace!
