Starbucks

Had a hot cocoa and burnt my tongue. But aside from that, it was great! Excellent service and short wait time. I sometimes come here to study because of the calm vibes. All in all, 4.5 stars.

***After calling and Jade being so professional and polite and hearing my issues out with patience I’m changing my 1 Star review to a 5 Star review, this is how a supervisor should be acting, but I’ll be leaving my original review down below because it’s still definitely an issue****

My coffee was made horribly twice. Lol the first time there was 0 pumps of white chocolate and Sydney said that she put some in but that’s why they are remaking it with intense attitude. Then she remade it with attitude and it still tastes way off. I think she didn’t put the quad shot in that I paid for. Regardless the reason I’m leaving a 1 star review is Sydney’s argumentative attitude and horrible customer service.
I did notice that the printable order stickers that you put on the cup doesn’t print the full thing the whole left side isn’t printed so anything with numbers is a guess and this might be an issue with why it is so inconsistent.

This is a standout Starbucks. The staff is super friendly and attentive. They keep the store in good shape. Well stocked.

Haven't really been during their rush times. The parking lot is a bit awkward, but it works, even with the drive-through.

Drinks from this Starbucks were particularly good- noteworthy as better than some other nearby locations.
Super friendly staff. Not that many places to sit and the cell service in the store was a little spotty but definitely a great choice for a quick popping in and out coffee run.

Always great service here. It does get busy, but it's in a great place for people on the go. All the employees are always asking how my day was which shows a great work culture they have

Always a great experience here and they open crazy early. It's nice for when you have to do an 8 hour drive. They are always friendly too... Which I can't say about MY local Starbucks down south.

I started my Starbucks journey in Arlington this morning getting my iced white mocha from the local Starbucks. When I finally took a sip of it after getting on the freeway, I realized that it was horrible. It was so bitter that I couldn't "tough it out". Instead, I stopped at the Mukilteo Starbucks on my to my office and was ready to purchase a whole new drink. They graciously made me a new one and swapped the bad one. They were so kind!

This is by far the best Starbucks for customer service. Even the new employees are super helpful and chatty (but can work and talk at the same time). They just have such a great sense of teamwork there. Bravo to Management!

Service is perfect! I go here a couple times a week and they’re always quick and accurate.

Gets really busy and crowded when the high school lets out. They’re usually well behaved but sometimes the kids are loud and messy and it really kills the vibe. Avoid from 2-4 on week days!

Honestly I try not to go to Starbucks when I can avoid it, however we have our weekly employee meeting at Starbucks, and they are incredibly friendly courteous and considerate.

This is a great Starbucks! They provide both hot and cold beverages or food items for everyone. This includes gluten free, dairy free or other special diets. There is a verity of different seating options available including indoor or outdoor, disabled, bar stool style, booth, and regular family style with tables. This is a fabulous place to hook up with someone either as a couple, small study group or just family. Adding to the charm of this establishment is the customer service oriented staff. If you ever have an issue, question, or specific need, make sure that you speak to a staff member. They will go out of their way to provide you with an exceptional experience, including helping you modify your drink to something uniquely individual. ♡ Check them out, you have nothing to lose!

Great Coffee
Friendly staff

A great little location with friendly staff. I was able to place an order for 10+ drinks and they were fast and accurate on my order. One of the drinks was even the invention of a staff member, which turned out to be really good!

Good coffee, nice staff, nice atmosphere. It can get a little crowded sometimes especially on Fridays after school when kids from mostly 3 schools in that area walk up to the Starbucks area and make a huge crowd (I am one of them I ain’t gonna lie). Also, I kinda find it funny how they always get your name wrong... Like my friend’s name is roger and they have him raj lol (Not sure if it’s is just because he is Indian but whatever) and they always be spelling my name wrong and I wasn’t aware Christian was hard to spell, but I don’t really care about that I just want the drink. The prices are kind of high for some of their drinks but I don’t think it is a problem since the drinks are good.

I magnify the people who attend me are always very friendly and cordial I go every day and always since I open the door I am received by Valeria, Edwin, Mike, and Juliet, with a smile and good attitude. I love these people and this is my favorite store. (Mukilteo)

This was a great, quick stop on our way out of town on a road trip. Besides coffee, we had pumpkin bread & chocolate croissants.

I was out riding around with my convertible top down and felt the need... The need for a Frappuccino! For the most part, I see the Starbucks logo and I know that I will get the same quality and service that I have come to expect from the brand. Few surprises.

Gave me a cup of hot milk instead of my chai tea latte but ended up having a great day. Five Stars.

This place is very busy, but everyone is amazing. If you don't want to wait order your drink via the app then pick it up it will be ready and waiting!
