This has been my local “shop” for a few years and I haven’t even thought about doing a review until just recently. When I come in someone always says hello to me and then another employee will ask if there is anything they can help me with. I think the person that helped me the last time I really couldn’t find some thing was Sylvia (I was looking for one of those things that could be on this isle but really could be on this isle and probably looked like I was walk-in circles). She was so nice. Walked me right to the item I was looking for, told me a bit about each and we chatted for a bit and it was just so nice to talk to a real, really friendly person for a change. This is why this “store” will continue to be my go-to. Thanks!

They are legit, the best CVS in town. They just opened it. They treated me like family. Due to an un-named situation I decided to change pharmacies. Would recommend though

During most of my visits there is not enough help in the pharmacy. Customers must be required to stand and wait, wait and wait before someone sees them standing there. If a customer is not feeling well and walks from the parking lot all the way to the back of the store I thinks its disrespectful to keep them standing there for a long period of time.

This comment has to do with the pharmacy. The female pharmacist is pleasant and helpful, but I've found the male pharmacist far less so. Maybe he could go back to pharmacy school and take the bedside manner class he appears to have skipped.

I had a 30% off coupon mailed to me from CVS. I just left from buying some vitamins which happened to be buy one get one free. I read the exclusions on the coupon my purchase looked acceptable. However when I checked out, the coupon was refused. What the heck!! Very shady CVS.

Love this store. But the night workers are not nice at all. One of cashiers tried to give me my purchase without a bag. I ask if he used my discount and he said yes knowingly that he didn’t. When he handed me my purchase he shoved it st me. Being the person I am I just walked out. May not shop at this cvs anymore in the evening anyway.

Around the corner convience. But if the tech ask if you have questions for the pharmacist don't speak to the hateful, rude short haired older lady. I noticed someone else had the same experience with her talking disrespectful in front of them about them. She is unbelievable. It was useless. I just Google searched. She approaches and just says, " whats your question with an eye roll"? Sorry to be such an inconvenience.

My wife called the prescription in and a real person confirmed that the prescription would be ready the next day after 3:30.

I was returning from meeting my family in Raleigh for lunch. No sooner than I turned out of the parking lot, my special needs 4 year old son threw up all over himself as well as in his car seat (which I couldn't get the vomit smell out of it was so saturated). I cleaned him up as best as I could, and put a towel down to put him in his car seat to return home.

I decided that I really needed to go by and get his prescription for his reflux because I didn't want to run out.

Visit number 1, drive thru: I told the person that I had a refill to pick up for my son's famotidine. I gave his name and date of birth. The person that looked it up told me that he didn't have any more refills on that prescription. I said that I knew there was because my wife called it in, plus I saw the label before I left the house that morning. I drove home to get the bottle to bring it back to the store.

Visit number 2 (drive thru was two cars deep at this point): I got both my sons out of the car and went inside (mind you, the younger one is wet from the car seat vomit that leaked through the towel). I present the bottle to the same person, and she said that there were two prescriptions in the system for him: one for Wylder (correct spelling) Stephens and one for Wilder (incorrect spelling) Stephens. She is very sorry for the misunderstanding. She check and told me that they were out of the famotidine and they would have it there after 3 the following day. (Mind you, the live person my wife talked to the day before told her that it would be ready after 3 that day). I am livid at this point. I know that I have very little of the medicine at home, I have to give my son a bath and I have to clean the vomit off the car seat. As I am going home, I decided that I am going to call the prescription in again to check on it just out of curiosity as to what the automated system tells me considering that the live person that I talked to said that you were out of my son's prescription. I called it in and low and behold, it told me that it was ready and that I was being transferred to a live person to tell me how much it is going to cost me. I waited a couple of minutes and by this time, I am sitting in the car in front of my house and my 4 year old is crying because all he wants to do is go inside the house. The live person told me that yes they do have my prescription and apologized for the error. They didn't dive deep enough into the situation.

Visit Number 3 (drive thru...I was not getting my son out of the car again): Thankfully there was only one car in front of me, and it didn't take long for them to get their prescription. I spoke to Ashley this time (not the same person from the last two visits), and she apologized again for the mistake. I received the prescription and went home after 3 separate visits to get the prescription.

Now let me ask you, where was the disconnect in this situation? I am a very patient person, but my 8 year old is not and my vomit covered special needs 4 year old most certainly is not.

What could you have done better to prevent this from happening again? I can't understand why there wasn't an alert when two different name spellings or similar prescriptions were put in the system under the same birthday and similar name spellings. Do you need to spend money to improve the programming in your prescription/customer database. I challenge you to investigate this. This is absolutely terrible customer service. I do not feel like my expectations are unrealistic.

I would appreciate someone from corporate calling me to apologize for this happening. That is the very least that can be done.

The folks who work in this pharmacy are not friendly at all! They’ve told me twice now that I’m wrong, they don’t have anything on file for me even when I know the doctor called it in and I got a text from CVS it was ready for pickup. Transfer your prescription to any other pharmacy in the area and save yourself the trouble.

Wish I could rate a negative rating ....Had a very unpleasant experience...the pharmacist doesn’t care she will talk about you even if you are sitting in the chair waiting on your prescription.... she was very disrespectful if I wasn’t having so much pain from my treatment I would have said something to her... do not appreciate that she just talked about the customers like they don’t matter...
So the pharmacy sent a text saying they needed clarification on the prescription so I called the doctor and had them call the pharmacy and the pharmacist wants to get attitude and say to the tech I just got off the phone with her and she just going to come in and wait here.. might as well just be your own doctor and do your prescription.... then she just wants to complain about having to do the prescription... there was other things that was said but only caught the half of it but when I heard what she said I became really angry and felt like they didn’t care about people...
If you really hate that you have to do your job then you need to leave
