Their customer service is impeccable. They really do try to help you and they do try to make things work. They’re great people they greet you when you walk in just seems like a really happy positive atmosphere. Yes I would highly recommend anybody that is looking for a new cell phone to go there.

Went to help my mom get a phone & watch to detect falls & call emergency #s. The young lady was patient and took her time explaining how much each part of the purchase would be and set up the phone for her.

Very friendly and help you with whatever it is you may need.

We both got new iPhone 14’s and bc we are older, we had a LOT of questions! Jody was very very patient and always answers our questions and walks us through our problems! Excellent service

That was very disappointing and some troubles but we went back in and got blessed with a new rep named Jody. He did an outstanding job and fixed us right up. He is one of a kind. He has the knowledge, friendliest personality and he worked his magic and fixed us right up. Thank you Jody for going above and beyond to help us :)

I went in to get a new phone and was helped by Jody. He was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and friendly. There were a few issues on the Verizon end, he called, got them fixed and set my new phone up for me. Definitely the best the customer service!

I stopped in to delete my obsolete watch line but ended up trading in not only my iPhone for a newer one but I bought a new watch. None of this would’ve happened if not for an employee named Brian. Brian was professional, yet fun, and dare I say it, he was very easy on the eyes. He made everything completely seamless and I didn’t mind one minute of the hour I spent there and I was more than happy to fork over $350 for all my new swag because he saved me $1,250.
I left very happy. So if your in the neighborhood, whether you need anything or not, I suggest you stop by and see Brian. You won’t be sorry.

Brian was extremely helpful. He explained everything completely. He pointed out features about the camera so I now know how to operate it correctly. He also pointed out shortcuts to find apps easier. Very friendly and personable.

Kayla and the staff were very helpful. I walked in the store a faithful and loyal AT&T wireless customer of 18 years. In 45 minutes later when I walked out I had a brand new phone saved $40 a month on my phone plan. Very happy 10 out of 5.

The sales person that helped us was honest, courteous, and knowledgeable. The facility was clean, and Verizon prices are fantastic as compared to AT&T! The service contract was great also. It felt great to have super service AND affordable rates! I'm impressed

Julia was very knowledgeable and super friendly! She even gave us the best possible deal, one I didn’t even know about. I’ve used Russell Cellular for all of my cell phone purchases, but this one was the quickest visit even though I bought two phones and added a line. I will always leave my business here!!!

Store is in a Great location, staff is friendly knowledgeable, and helpful. The manager Misty has an exceptional personality, and greets everyone in a pleasant way when entering the property.

Went in to the Poteau Verizon location fairly late, near closing time. Kayla and the team could not have been more helpful. She got me all set up and was so professional and friendly. By far the best Verizon experience I've ever had. I've been a Verizon customer (and stockholder) for years. Based on my last experience at the store in Clayton, MO I was ready to leave Verizon. Kayla and the folks in Poteau saved my business for Verizon.

The customer service was exceptional. Serena went above and beyond to take care of us and get us what we want. I recommend her and the store to everyone.
