Traveling to South East Arkansas and my alternator on my Ford escape went out just after leaving Ft Smith. Stopped here and they got me fixed up in about 2 1/2 hours and got me on my way.

Amazing service! Traveled to Arkansas from Iowa and then had car trouble. Not only did they get us in extremely fast but it was definitely affordable. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done. Thank you all for getting us back on the road so we could enjoy the rest of our family vacation. 😄

If I could I would give these guys 10 stars. Took my Jeep to them to have a set of tires put on. We ran into some issues with fitment which required some additional work to be done. These guys jumped right on it with no questions asked!! Absolutely the best experience I've had with an auto shop ever!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Cherokee Tire and More has been servicing our vehicles for a couples of years now so that tells you we keep going back. James is very helpful and the rest of the staff is friendly. They know we are particular about our vehicles and always try to do their best in the maintenance, repairs and affordability. Once there was an issue with an oil change and they were right on it and went above to rectify the issue and because of them caring about their service and customers; we went back to them. This says a lot about a business!

These people are great. They do everything but transmission and body work and don't rip you off. If I can keep from it, I won't use anywhere else. Never had a complaint about their work. And their employees are super friendly and explain everything in terms and language even I can understand. Thank you Cherokee Tire!!!

This shop is just down the Street from my house so it makes it super convenient. I have reviewed them before when they first opened. Ever since them I only continue to be impressed by there prices and overall great service. I continue to send friends and family 👪 down to them and they always take care of them just as they do me. Do yourself a favor and give them a call before going anywhere else for tires or service.
