R/C Hobby Nook

My Arrma Granite had 2 issues in 5 days. The first time it was fixed next day, the second time it was fixed same day! Great service by the guy who repairs the car (pretty sure it's their son), and the woman helping me out with choosing which road tires I wanted for the truck. Will always go to this store before ordering anything online!

They had my MiniZ in stock this store is super cool it allows me to geek out and every way I love it!! The track is sick! The staff is awesome they will help you in anyway they can!! I appreciate the service and the kindness they share with everyone! For any of your RC,trains boat’s and part needs hit this place up… also ask them to show you how to race the cars on the track you will be blown away even the customers help you out it’s like it’s own community 100% awesome

Went in on Sunday and not that many people shopping with three employees behind the counter not helping anyone but working on projects. Walked around looking and say the place was packed with merchandise. Seems like I nice place but the employees never asked if I needed some help or even seem to notice me looking at the rc cars. I still purchase something and the gentleman that check me out barely said anything to me. Might stop there again to see if it’s a bad day for them. I like spending my money in local small businesses but I do believe in customer service. After I wrote the first part, the owner did respond which made me happy to hear, so I decided I would go back. When I went back on a Sunday, I was greeted and helped with the problem I had with my rc car, believe it was owners son that helped me, showed me how to fix the problem next time and also give me some advice. Truly the customer service I like and will be a repeat customer.

I found this shop to be amazing they take the time to help, they spent an hour looking up parts to get an other model rc going again. Always trying to find a solution to your problem and never pushing you to buy something. Been in several times now and will continue going to this shop. I should also mention they have more parts in stock then any other hobby shop I've even been too. Best of all they price things appropriately.

WOW , what a great Nook to know about ! I've had two Traxxas rc 's worked on and fixed . The cost was very reasonable . You can't ask for any better people to help you w/rc . very friendly ! They have from rc in a box , to just about any parts you may need . thumbs up ..

The place is awesome and the staff is great. Walked in with an old battery on my first visit. The gentleman behind the counter helped me out and re conditioned my battery. The selection on the shelves is insane for RC. I was also pleasantly surprised by the Gunpla section (picked up a couple of kits). I will definitely be back and returning customer.

They are very good people it seems to me. They put up with all my old tail questions!!! Lol. Great place to be if you need real help with your RC addiction!! An they have in stock everything !! Its a really cool place. Ok I'll shut up !!

Great hobby shop that covers a little bit of everything in the rc hobby, I got my arrma senton 3s, I highly recommend this hobby shop.

Very friendly staff, and helpful. There were 2 ladies, both very busy but as soon as one freed up she helped me out. I ended up buying 2 RC cars for my sons and I will definately be back in the future to buy some upgrades. They have a huge selection of rc stuff inside.

just drove down from Canada for a drag race event and stopped by this hobby shop. What can I say it is absolutely amazing if you walk in here and cannot find what you’re looking for then you need to find a new hobby! Staff is very nice prices are in line one stop shop. Wish we had places like this in Canada!

Cool place! Plenty of options planes,trains,or automobiles LoL they definitely have great choices. I went in with a $500 budget for ready to run rc drag car I spent $529 and asked a bazillion questions about several different brands and cars. All of my questions was answered without hesitation! Very nice people well organized shop, prices are pretty competitive with what you will see online. I'd rather buy and support my local shop anyways! I'll definitely be back when I'm ready for customization on my new DR10 car!

Great little shop. The customer service is great. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive. Inventory speaks for itself, they have everything you need and some that you didn't know you needed. They will take the time to install and explain to you.
Also a cool little track inside.

So I had some issues with some batteries I bought that burned up. The manufacturer would not warranty them only 2 weeks old. The store doesn’t warranty the products you have to go through the manufacturer, but in this case the owner of the Hobby Nook stepped up and took back both batteries and charger and gave me a better battery and charger. I was very pleased in what he did for me very pleased. I will be a customer of his for a long time and recommend his store for all your RC needs.

RC Hobby Nook is a great place. The owner is extremely helpful. They have a great selection of parts available or will order anything you need. Very reasonable pricing. I have visited several RC shops as I travel a great deal and I must say these guys are the most organized and polite I’ve came across. The Racers that frequent the store are friendly and a joy to converse with unlike most stores where you are viewed as an outsider. This store is worth your drive and time to visit.

Was here today. They were very busy but the staff took time to help me pick out my son's Christmas present. He answered questions quickly and concisely. Very happy to with the service. Product selection was huge and they had something to fit most budgets. They also had what looked like a repair and custom area right in the store.
