I am so happy with our purchase! Nichole was truly outstanding as she showed us the furniture! She was extremely professional and addressed all our questions and concerns. It was so refreshing to shop for furniture with a positive, friendly, professional salesperson. Laura S. Is absolutely amazing. Today my Mom and I went shopping for some replacement furniture for her house. I dropped my Mom closet to the front door because she uses a walking cane. After parking and securing my vehicle, my Mom was already welcomed and greeted inside the warm store. Laura took immediate attention to our need and grabbed my Mom a loaner wheelchair. Walking in the store and seeing my Mom seated, let me know I was in the right place with the right representative. Laura S, was patient with her, she was very knowledgeable of the products. She was very professional. Laura truly save our Day. We are so excited and will be making furniture purchases through Laura in the near future. We came in hoping to see what they had in stock and hopefully any deals. Nicole was very prompt to offer help and let us know where to look with the layout of the store. When I had a question she was nearby ready to help and was accommodating with our concerns.
In the end we found a couch and loveseat deal we were extremely happy with and happy with the price which luckily was an early Black Friday doorbuster deal.
The payment process was very easy and scheduling as well. They sent out various communications of delivery confirmation which was helpful.
The delivery team was very friendly and provided a reasonable time window of when to expect them. Once here they were quick, careful, and more than happy to help me move a few pieces to have the perfect layout. They cleaned up everything and made it a very easy process.
I would recommend taking a look at what they offer, Ashley furniture is known to be a little pricier than other stores but they also run a lot of offers which is helpful. They also had a good amount of clearance options in the back to choose from so definitely look at that. They also offer a military discount so if it applies make sure to ask!

Great service today from Nicole. Best customer service I've seen in years. She wasn't to pushy or stalkerish . She gave me the lay out of the store, then gave me time to browse. She worked hard to get me the items and prices I wanted with my cheap self. I also got living room set and rug that's not pictured

My husband and I was in the store this past weekend for about 2hrs. We were greeted by a sale person Nicole who was great. She aloud us to switch around the different end tables, lamps and other things. This was our second purchase from this Ashley Store.

Ended up buying a sofa we love with help from Nicole. She answered my 5,000 questions and never made me feel pressured. I had two young children with me and she gave me space to shop while checking in to see if I needed any help.

The team that works in warehouse was amazing when they helped us load the sofa onto the trailer.

Our overall experience was wonderful and I highly recommend.

Will was great at helping my husband and I find a specific buffet for our dining room. We found one in the clearance area that fit exactly what we needed. Will made sure that we knew the reasons it was in the clearance area and was very transparent, so we knew exactly what we were buying. This was great because if he had not, I might not have noticed the defect. He was very personable, friendly, and easy to work with. I love this location. The showroom has tons of options to chose from and everyone that we've worked with there has always been very friendly and helpful.

Nicole is the best! She was kind and extremely helpful! I purchased for bar stools and two couches. The furniture the sell is high quality and sturdy for reasonable prices compared to the other furniture stores. I highly recommend them!

First time buying furniture from Ashley Furniture and we have to say that Will Copeland was a great salesman. We went last Saturday looking for a living room set and we left and didn’t buy anything because we wanted to look around. He didn’t pressure us into buying. We came back yesterday ready to buy and he greeted us at the door. His manager was also very helpful and made sure that we were happy with our purchase. I will definitely refer them. Overall, great shopping experience because of them. On a side note, I will have to mention Holly White from Fayetteville store who also helped us in making a final decision. She was very humble in recognizing that Will helped us first and recommended going back to him, since he was our first salesman.

Ashley was patient and helped us get the exact furniture we were looking for. We had been to several other furniture stores and was unable to find the exact pieces of furniture we were looking for. Ashley took us to the type of furniture we were looking and the exact color we wanted. She worked with us to we got everything finalized.

Our experience was awesome! From the moment we walked in our salesman, Will, worked really hard to help us find what we were looking for and even harder to get us a great deal on our purchase. We have been looking for the perfect accent chairs for our living room for a long time and we finally found them! We had a great experience. BJ greeted us as soon as we walked in and helped us explore all of our options and he went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. I Would definitely recommend shopping here for furniture.

I absolutely loved the customer service I received from Ashley and Nicole. I went a few weeks ago just to look for some living room furniture. After just leaving a competitor store a little further south off 95 I really didn't have high expectations. But boy was I surprised. When I entered I was acknowledged and Ashley introduced herself asked was there anything I was looking for? She gave me the layout of the store and asked if I had any questions. She gave me room to look for myself then she came to check in with me. She was very knowledgeable and nice and I told her I would return in 2 weeks with my husband. I returned as promised but unfortunately Ashley was not there. Nicole picked up with the same level of customer service being there to answer questions being very knowledgeable and patient. She gave us breathing room to walk around and talk and compare items. She let us know what our options were and how we can get the most bang for our buck. We couldn't have asked for a more professional experience. We are looking forward to our new furniture to be delivered real soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

It was great !!! They had exactly what I wanted !!! Purchased my sofa on Friday and it was delivered on following Tuesday and the delivery guys were there 45 min before my scheduled time began and that was awesome !! Made my day easier by not having to sit around and wait for them!! Delivery guys were courteous and had great attitudes about their job !! So my experience was GREAT all the way around 👍👍👍👍👍Will shop there again

Nicole helped us find our sectional to fit our family. She was great at giving us space to discuss what we liked and didn’t like. She also knew the fabrics well and what would work well with dogs and kids versus what might tear easier. She was helpful and when we go back to buy furniture in the future we will be asking for her assistance!

If you’re looking for a non pressured experience & someone willing to work for you then make sure to see Ofelia. She is probably the BEST salesperson I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She was so patient as we weighed our options and allowed us the space to look around. She made the process seamless! We are so excited for our beautiful furniture! She wasn’t lying when she said their quality was higher than other box stores! To add that the rest of the team were so not competitive like you see at many places, they have that family quality so you know whomever greets you, you’ll be taken care of!

Ms Laura was the best! She made sure to make us happy with our purchase. She made conversation and made us comfortable with the decision of our purchase. We walked into the store and she was the first one to welcome us in. Laura seen that we were just looking and stepped in to do her great work! Her personality was also great for us and that is what help set the tone of the overall purchase. Not only did she know the products she was very informative about a lot of the brands and why they’re worth the money. Glad to see why her picture is in the middle of the wall! She sets the tone for that location and her coworkers love her!

First time shopping at the location.we had been to 3 other stores prior to coming here When we arrived we were created by Nicole she showed us the area of the type of couches we were looking for. Gave us a bit of pricing info and left us alone to shop, I love Ashley because they don’t hound you, they just let you shop

We have driven by this Ashley store many times while traveling South and North on I-95 and have always wanted to stop and shop. We finally had the chance to visit the showroom and was not disappointed. It’s a huge space packed with tons of furniture! The workers did not follow us around as we walked through the store, but did greet us and answer all our questions. I loved the fact that we did not feel pushed to buy and had time to discuss privately without someone standing right over us. Will helped us with the purchase of our sectional, was super friendly and knowledgeable, while doing a fantastic job!

I have purchased furniture from many places and this is by far, the best place to deal with. Ofiela was exceptional and made my out of town purchase very simple and easy, with just a phone call. I will definitely be back to work with her again.
