Your store employee Miss Winter 🎊🎆🎉🎇👍 went above and beyond the call of duty. Helping me to locate and purchase the items that I needed for my new home. She greeted me as soon as she saw me and help me from the beginning to the end of my purchase. This was one of the best experiences I've had in a Big Lots store in many years. When I think of affordable home furnishings, I literally think Big Lots first. I will be purchasing the rest of my items from this location and skipping the usual Amazon purchases.

Good place with great prices and a lot of variety of things of all different types including furniture and electronics. I don't think many people see this place because of where it is located. It lacks remodeling and I think it's because it's lack of people going there. It's one of those hidden treasures that is good to keep in mind.

Every time that I've been to this place the staff is always very nice, helpful and friendly. They have good prices and their stock is always changing. I try to go at least once or twice a month. They don't have any refrigerated food or dairy products like they used to but they still have a great variety of dry and canned food. The prices on pet food are good. I noticed they only have food for cats and dogs. They have great prices on home decor. One thing I have noticed is that they usually have the same furniture for a while so i checked out their prices and I noticed that it's almost retail price so I think that's why it's there for a while but that's just my opinion.

Me and my friend went to big lots for a numerous amount of things. Not only did we find every item, but they were priced just right. But what really sold me on using big lots in the future for any needs, is their customer service. NO WHERE and I mean NO WHERE has better customer service. You can’t go wrong shopping here at Big Lots. The sales are usually pretty good and they give you a discount for military and their loyalty program.

I usually watch for special deals on sale at Big Lots. Like the terrific unicorn headphones I got for my daughter for Christmas - only $10! & the ears even light up. They were such a big hit!!

I am absolutely thrilled with the new remodeling job that they're doing in our Irving store. They are not even done yet and it already looks amazing. Big lots is one of my favorite places to shop and now I am even more excited to go to our store.

Big Lots is one of my favorite stores. You can shop for food, household items & gifts all in the same place. Also, after Xmas they always have amazing clearance sales. Two years ago they had a 90% off sale. I got a lovely 6ft artificial Xmas tree for $10.00! I also got many other Xmas items on sale as well. Their employees are also very friendly & helpful whenever I have a question or I can't find an item. I would definitely recommend Big Lots if you're looking for great deals & prices on many items.

So grateful for the staff here! I lost my keys in store and multiple team members and a manager helped me look for them. A few days later someone found them and the manager called me to let me know! Top tier customer service!!

Everything was nice and neat. Stock was put up well and they were stocking while we shopped. Check out was fast and easy. I was pleased with the experience.

Totally rearranged store. I was impressed and blown away with the clean spacious aisles. Not the same Big Lots I knew in the past. Prices reflect cost increase, may be due to COVID as everything has increased in cost.
