Elizabeth Taylor at the perfume counter was so wonderful and helpful! The store was busy, but she took the time to answer my questions and help me find exactly what I was looking for! I really appreciated her customer service and kindness!

The employees in here were the way I wish they were at ALL malls and shopping centers, AMAZING! They were so helpful and just nice. It was a great shopping experience especially since we had our 9 year old granddaughter! Will be back for sure!

I visited this location Today for a fragrance purchase and had a wonderful experience. Lorena, the sales associate was extremely helpful and respectful. Took a female family member and she found several items she liked, holiday sale made all the prices reasonable. Cashier's were friendly and helpful to those with issues and questions. They also managed a long line within a few minutes. Sales floor staff were helpful and courteous. They were also busy restocking and "fixing up" displays so that medium items were actually on medium hangers. This location is an older store but it is fresh in appearance, well lit, and comfortable temp wise. Good place for Women's shopping.

Such helpful staff members. They helped me choose my things. It was my first time buying perfume and the staff helped all the way in getting one. The person I bought the perfume appreciated it..

My visit to Macy's @Irving Mall was just the pick-me-up I needed. There was an Estee Lauder FREE GIFT offer with purchase. So that means you can get the best for less. Ms. Micheling's service was excellent in every way.
That Macy's vibe got me in the spirit and it is only 98 days until the guy in the red suit comes to town!

I had to return a perfume set, but unfortunately threw away the box. I brought the items in and Keisha tried multiple options to help find the correct upc so the return could be processed.
Keisha is very helpful and provides great customer service.

I had some items to return because I was shipped the wrong size. I applaud the employees who are currently working during this pandemic. One employee greeted me and stopped what she was doing to assist with the return and allowed me to get my money back on a method of payment I didn't use.

went to buy a blazer , had a very good experience. The sales person name was Anita she was very humble and very accurate in suggesting me which dress would look good on me. She has a very good sense of humor on dressing. Additionally she also offered me discount coupon where i saved 50$ which was really nice of her.

I had an issue where I bought some sheets 5 to 6 months prior and they were expensive sheet set. They ended up with a hole that I didnt see till after I washed and dried them.The manager was kind enough to exchange them out as the transaction wasnt coming up on my Macys acct. We were lucky to find the exact set as there was only 1 left in stock. This was excellent customer service. Thanks so much!

I'm giving this Macy's a 5 star because the makeup assistant was really helpful and nice, but they need more bathrooms. I had to go to the first floor just to find the Macy's bathrooms busy. So I went to the mall bathrooms instead.
