Barnes & Noble

This is one of our favorite date nights. My husband and I go to the book store and grab a coffee and then meander to see what speaks to us. So much fun!!

The place is so amazing. Aside from the amazing book selection the art supplies come in a wide selection. I even bought a sketch book for only 10 dollars. The theme area is so adorable and everything is very nicely priced. The staff is well educated on the authors and so helpful. If you get a coffee don't forget to get a chocolate chip cookie. YOU'LL THANK ME!!

We travel around and visit many Barnes and Nobles around the world. The B & N in Knoxville TN on Kingston Pike Rd is the best store we have seen lately! Great staff, well stocked and organized and a wonderful place to wander around and experience the book store like we used to be able to do! Thank you for providing a great place to spend the afternoon!

Barnes & Noble is my happy place. I’ve been far too many times this past month. They got me to try a new drink at the cafe too. Try a chai latte with 2 pumps of brown sugar syrup. Hot or cold. Best thing ever.

I love to shop at Barnes and Noble! They have a very large selection of gifts, they almost always have the books I’m looking for, and the kids really like their toys and games section! This location has a new Starbucks Cafe, and their online pickups are always ready for me within an hour!

I love to bring my grandson in to browse and get a special toy. It is well stocked, clean and the employees are always helpful.

It was my first visit here on 1/8/2024, and I had a great experience. The cashier was very helpful in finding sticky notes for me. Thank you.♡

We had a great time today at the meet and greet with Cat in the Hat! We didn't feel rushed or hurried in our interaction, and we even decided to stay for story time and craft time! Thank you B & N for providing us parents with some free entertainment for our littles as well as reinforcing our great love for books. Keep up the good work!

The employees are always wonderful. They are always quick to point you in the right direction! Me and the wife stopped in to buy our son some books and she got two for herself as well! We were able to find exactly what we were looking for!

It’s so tempting to give Barnes and Noble all of my money haha! They have such a wide selection of books that it’s almost overwhelming (in a great way)! Going through the store you can find small notes from the employees about book recommendations! These are SO fun to read and helps me find books that I might not have picked out myself. Not only do they have thousands of books, but they also have a great area of board / card games, stationary gifts, media (movies, CDs, vinyl). They are not limited to just books! Their employees (Starbucks ones included) are always super friendly and helpful! I also love that they are a “bring your own bag” type of place!

This place was great Great selection of books staff was good place was clean Starbucks was good had areas to sit lots of interesting little cubbyholes in places to hang out and look at a book or talk or whatever. Nothing to not like here. If you're not into books then this is not your place

Very busy, but the staff was great. Would like if items on hold didn't reflect in stock when searching online, that would save the drive to find out it's reserved

I love Barnes and Noble. Even during this busy holiday, EVERYONE has been professional and in the holiday spirit! Big kudos to Renea and Amanda!

I love this location, they still have a big Starbucks inside with breakfast/lunch options. The floor is absolutely full of books but aesthetically pleasing. It makes you want to stop and look at each one. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great place to find the latest reads. I actually go for the vinyls! The staff were really nice and made sure my shopping was a good one.

I love this place so much. I come here for most of my Manga and they have a cute pop cult selection.

It's just fun to roam around and find a new book to try. Jenny is my go-to for her recommendations in the fantasy section!!

Was looking for a specific book but couldn't remember the exact title name or the author. It was one of those "right there on the tip of your tongue moments" and the girls there went above and beyond to help me try and figure it out. All I had to go by was the genre of the book, what the cover looked like and the fact that the author was a male. We still never found the boom however I did end up purchasing a different book from a favorite author of mine. They went above and beyond and I greatly appreciated the effort!

*Update* I stopped in today (3/15) and what I said below is still true, but wanted to give a warning that the store is in disarray. It seems they are in the midst of some type of remodel. Just a heads up, because things are kind of hard to find and not in their 'normal' spot. Staff did help me find what I came after though!

Awesome staff. They helped me narrow down the availability of several books and then showed me to the ones they had in stock. And of course I made some impulse buys. Definitely one of my prefered B&Ns!
