We purchased a riding lawnmower this evening and David was exceptional in assisting us with our purchase. He was knowledgeable about the product, offered several good suggestions for accessories and warranties.
Zach then helped us get our Lowes card up to date and explained all the steps to us as we went through the process.
Both David and Zach are a credit to the Lowes company. Our heart felt thanks to both for making our experience a pleasant one.

I LOVE this Lowes. Convenient location, well stocked, helpful staff, clean restrooms. I used this location exclusively when doing a DIY remodel of my home during the pandemic.

Friendly service. The aisles list what your needing clearly. The self check out is state of the art technology.

This visit we were shopping for paint and flooring samples. In the paint department Kristy helped us get probably way too many samples! But they had a large selection of paint samples to choose from and there was always and associate in the area to help us. Kristy was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind!

Flooring was more limited of a selection, but we usually shop at Floor and Decor.

Overall we had a good experience!

I can not speak highly enough of their delivery service and employees! The employee at the store was very helpful and patient. Their delivery driver's were professional, courteous and friendly. Exceptional customer service!

I love to shop at Lowe's garden center! Often, I find clearance plants (annuals & perennials) that just need some water and tender loving care.

Scott was the associate that helped us on 11/11/23 at 17:24:34. He desires a raise or a bonus because he is the perfect example of what excellent customer service looks like. He went above and beyond for my family and our over all experience at this location (with Scott) was the best we’ve had in any other Lowe’s locations. Thank you for the best customer service, Scott!

The only xmas decoration we wanted left in the store was the model. David Kirkland got it for us! We are so happy. He was so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to get it down. Never expected such great service at this busy time of year. Compliments to your

My experience at the painting stand was great. Chris and brinn assist me; they were able to help me out finding a new color for my house. Very knowledgeable and professional also very respectful.

Always has what you need when you need it and other items you didn't know you needed. Great prices are right now, and there are a lot of sales. Quality products for a great price.

This Lowe’s invested in its community by donating much-needed playground mulch to the school my child attends. Thank you to the Manager and Assistant Manager Mike for caring about these kids! It’s easy to talk community, it’s another thing to put it into action! That’s what they did.

We purchased a black stone online and had it delivered to our home. The black stone was missing parts and not useable. I did an online pick up in store and took the damaged one with me, when I went to pick up the new one. Amy in Customer service called before I came and let me know they didn’t have any in a box but found me a nice one. I was telling the lady doing the return the story of what happen and Amy came out and said I am so sorry what happen. She said that I was the one that called you earlier. I’ve picked out the best one we have in our store. They even called for help to help us load it. I was highly impressed with the customer service at this store. Definitely highly satisfied. I hope this review is shown to Amy in customer service. She turned a frustrating incident into a positive experience. Thank you!!

Great service today and we found cabinets for my studio at the best price in town!

I have a seven-month-old baby, and any mama can tell you that every day without a washer and dryer when your baby starts solid foods feels like an eternity. After a certain *orange* big box store left me high and dry, adding an additional 3-week (at best!) delay to a washer and dryer delivery that I'd already waited over 2 weeks for, the staff here took care of me.

Mickey and Shaun went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to my family and secured identical units for me to be delivered the next day! Now Tennessee Orange is the only "big orange" for us... we are a Lowe's family for life!

This Lowe’s is awesome and Manager Mike is the best, he kindly donated mulch to our small non for profit school. Thank you Lowe’s and Mike for putting the community first, caring about our children, showing that it’s not all about the profits, and providing high quality mulch.

The appliance department at this Lowe's is great! The employees are knowledgeable and helpful - especially Micky Perry! I went to four other Lowe's and Home Depots in the area but they were unable to help me. Micky found me exactly what I was looking for. My appliance was delivered this morning and the delivery guys were awesome too!

Friendly staff. A VERY well organized store. I did not expect it to be as clean as it was especially where they keep the live plants. The staff works so hard to keep it looking as good as it does. They always have what I need in stock. Prices are competitive so you're not going to pay $15 for normally a $7 pack of paper towels. (They are $8.49 to be exact)
