Dunkin'

I think I’ve only had a somewhat negative experience here once, but overall this is my favorite Dunkin in Knoxville. I work right across the way in Cross Park Plaza so I’m always stopping for breakfast and even with a big line, they always get through it really quickly. Food is always great, especially the avocado toast with bacon, and they always make iced coffees and lattes perfectly. Thank you all for helping me start my day!

My coffee/drinks at this location are always made to and with perfection! This fluctuates depending on different locations and level of training, but never here! Staff is always friendly and helpful, as well. Great job on training, Management Team!

Love this location and it's staff. Go see Holly for the best cup of coffee. She is such a delight 😊.

I order on the app and as soon as I pull up to talk, they already know it's me. "Pull around, we are making it now" Always greeted with a cheerful voice to go with my coffee. Love you guys!

I was in on 3/1 and I wish I remember the girls name as she was so sweet to me. Food and drinks always taste great at this location!

Today there was a long wait at the drive-thru & service was slow.
The food & coffee is always great! I like the breakfast biscuits.

Staff was super friendly and service inside was pretty quick. Considering the drive thru line was almost backed up into the road. Coffee is always fresh and you can't go wrong with a cold brew iced coffee.

Best of the Dunkin Donuts in the area. At least they still have donuts at 11:00 am unlike the Hardin Valley location.

My daughters school had a movie day and ask for hot chocolate. The staff helped get all four to go totes ready so fast! I really appreciate their kindness. 💖

My service dog and I are frequent shoppers of this location. The staff are attentive of my needs and disabilities, but beyond that, provide genuine, fantastic, service on a consistent basis. It can be hectic, but that only further goes to show what a great location this is! Order ahead on the app, park on the side, and just be patient knowing everyone is rushing to get to work, too.

Drive thru line is only slow when they are busy, and at first I was confused as to how the wait times were so long until I stepped in the store and saw the employees super backed up. If you take a second to understand how most of the country’s fast food is extremely understaffed, you could easily put together that they are trying their best. I returned 3 days in a row and by the 4th day the cashier already knew my order! In the mornings the store is rather disorganized from the constant orders being placed (you can really tell from the online order alarm going off every 2 seconds lol!!) but as the day goes by the store is very calm and enjoyable. Anyone who’s worked in fast food service before should take a second before writing their review to remember how hard it is being young and in such stressful environments!! The store manager is exceptional. She opened up early and hand packed six dozen donuts for me before the store even opened. Way to take care of your customers way to go above and beyond thank you so very much.

This was the freshest Dunkin Donuts I have seen in a long time and not to mention all the donuts had amount of glaze. I will definitely stop every time I go by there now.. I even had the opportunity to to the manager and she was super sweet

For being under staffed, everyone works very hard to help unruly customers. Drive thru line gets quite long but it's obvious that everyone in line is working their butt off making coffee and trying their best to accommodate everyone. Recently started getting better as well.

I ran the drive they at Hardin valley for a year. I have recently moved to cedar bluff. Reading these reviews I’m hoping we can better peoples experiences. It’s not easy running a drive thru and sometimes it can get crazy. Know that we are trying very hard inside. I’m very excited to meet the people at cedar bluff and serve you to the best of my ability. 😊

Where do I begin? The staff were absolutely sweet and hilarious. They even remembered what I had asked them to get me the day before and asked if I wanted it again. And I am one of those people that asks for a lot of extra stuff. They cooked my food properly and made my coffee right every day for the week I was in Knoxville. It was just such a great experience coming here. I just like Dunkin' so much better than places like Starbucks now. I don't know if I could ever go anywhere else for a good cup of joe again.

Coffee was great, made just right, as ordered. This Dunkin is always fast and service is always with a smile. Still the same every time I come here.
