The staff is always so courteous and helpful. They were very attentive to what kind of work boots I was looking for and even helped with getting the right in-sole to help with the irritating arch in my feet! I always know I will get great customer service when I go to this store!

If you need some good boots!! I recommend this place I bought two boots from here. The lady that was there was so nice and sweet she helped me get into some cowboy boots. I do a lot of walking

Sales Representative Jeanie was super in helping me size a variety of steel toe work boots and in identifying the most comfortable fit. Jeanie was able to hold the boots for a couple of days while I considered the best option. Am super satisfied with my Red Wing Ecolyte BOA system boot. Most comfortable work boot ever!

Amazing service and very extensive knowledge on the boots I needed

I called to see if they had the boot I wanted and the size I needed in stock. Unfortunately they didn’t have it and would have to order it. I was calling from out of town and had a work boot voucher and they made accommodations for me to order my boot without me having to come in. They called me immediately when they came in and I went and picked them up. They went out of their way even though this is something against the managers policy. Thank you

I went to this location after visiting another one. I received much better service here. I was sized for work boots. The lady who helped me was patient and showed me 3 sizes to make sure I had the right fit. Then she ordered what I wanted because they didn't have the waterproof version in house. I love my boots and this is my location for Red Wing Boots from here on out.

They did not have my size in stock, said it would take 7 to 10 days to arrive and they arrived the next day.

I recently went hunting this year and stopped in for a pair of boots and let's just say I was floored with the selection and impeccable customer service. They didn't have the boots I wanted but they were able to order the boots I did want right there and then! I really enjoyed how knowledgeable, polite, and patient staff was with me and the inside was very clean and organized. Very impressed and can't wait till next year when I need another pair of boots.

Having worked labor jobs for 11plus years I had a pretty specific type of boot in mind. The knowledge that the shop owner has about the products he stocks actually pointed me on another direction. Let's just saw I walked out with a different pair of boots than the ones I thought I would and my feet love em.

I bought my husband work boots from here & had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me. We will be Red Wing customers for many years to come!

No idea what any of the people who are leaving 1 star reviews based on the customer service here are talking about. Every time I've gone there they are extremely pleasant and are always willing to go above and beyond for me, even a couple of times special ordering specific boots for me. Once I spent over an hour there just chatting with the owner and the younger guy. Seriously wonderful people. I suspect that those people who had a bad experience there just have bad attitudes in general and most likely have "bad experiences" everywhere they go. As for those crying about them not returning/exchanging 3+ month worn boots just sounds ridiculous to begin with because they didn't take the break in period precautions most people know to do, like wear thick/ doubled up socks, wear them around the house for a couple weeks first, leave a backup pair of shoes in your car, condition them regularly etc. Also, it would be wise to carry around some bandaids or IMO a bit of duct tape on a dowel incase blisters form (works much better than bandaids). Really this applies to ANY new pair of shoes you get otherwise it's just your fault for thinking that throwing on a brand new set of shoes and going out to work/ hike/ march whatever all day and your feet won't be plotting horrific ways to murder you, is just dumb. With red wings however it is well worth the work to break them in because once the leather is softened up and the soles are molded to your feet you will understand and if you treat em right they'll last you decades or longer.

Great selection of work boots plus accessories. The staff was very helpful and nice and the owner was very friendly as well. Definitely will be using this location for our future purchases!
