Love the customer service here! The new management is amazing and the store looks completely new. Way better customer service than Perfumania. Highly knowledgeable staff and they really care about getting the fragrance that fits you and getting the best deal possible.

The lady that helped me was extremely kind, helpful, and every other positive thing I could say. She took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be returning here.

The energy as soon as you walk in is great, we were greeted and helped immediately and we didn't feel like we were being pressured into buying anything. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone I know who love different fragrances.

The store had pretty good collection of some exclusive fragrances. Really appreciate their patience and their interest towards their customers. Both of them were knowledgeable, Cynthia was awesome 👌

These prices can't be beat. I used to work in cosmetics at the large department stores, and selling fragrances was part of my job, so I know you never get fragrances "on sale". But at the Fragrance Outlet, there is almost always a buy-one-get-one 50% off promo going on, and it includes almost all of their fragrances !

Don't be misled by the reviewer who mentioned "oil based". Obviously that person isn't aware that only the best, authentic fragrances are oil-based as opposed to water and alcohol based. There's a difference between parfum, perfume and cologne, according to the base.

Also the reviewer that said they can buy their fragrance online for $10 is foolish. You get what you pay for, and that is definitely not real, authentic designer fragrance he's buying online for $10.

The Fragrance Outlet sells original, authentic fragrances and the prices are actually a little lower than the department stores, plus you have the opportunity to get another bottle for 50% off !

Example: if you're buying two $50 bottles, you'll pay $75 (plus tax of course) which means each bottle was $37.50.
Go in, you'll be impressed like me ! And no, I don't work for them.
