Delightful bookstore, everything that an independent should be. Harley was delightful and his hospitality was exceptional. We purchased “Trials of the Earth”, the best memoir of a pioneering woman we’ve ever read. We will be giving it to friends. PS , the downtown murals are a must see! Mural on the Mill was breathtaking. My wife said it reminded her of the Cistine chapel (pretty high praise eh). Thanks again from Kathleen and David.

An incredibly inviting, clean, and tasteful space. The service was great. I would like to see more non-fiction books, but overall a great first visit. Will be coming back.

Perfect addition to our community! A diverse selection of books that appeal to different audiences. Which makes it the ideal hangout spot to meet and learn from individuals with different interests. Most importantly, the staff are welcoming and don’t seem to meet strangers. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they can order it for you!

My family and I were visiting Salina recently. This store was a very inviting place. It reminded me of the bookstores of old -lots of wood paneling, displays artfully arranged, etc. The owner was helpful and charming. I would recommend this as a stop when visiting Salina.

Red Fern Booksellers is a gem located in the heart of downtown Salina. The bookstore has a surprisingly large selection that's wonderfully curated. The owners did a wonderful job bringing the old building back to life, meticulously creating a welcoming yet elegant space where you can get lost browsing titles for hours.

What a spectacular place. Reminds me of Harry Potter or mansion library’s that you read about in books from a long time ago.

Started with a warm welcome by Olie, the dog, then found the most unique, beautiful cards. The whole store is super clean, and a friendly chat while paying closed out our visit. What a wonderful experience! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
