AT&T Store

D.J. McLean did a great job of helping me with an incorrect text number that was being sent to my contacts. He was friendly and courteous, solved the problem as well as assisted me in swapping out a phone protector case that worked with the charger I had previously purchased. Great service with a smile!

Worked with Dylan, on a new phone. He was the most knowledgeable customer service representative I have ever dealt with. He really verified my needs and recommended the proper phone and plan. He took the yi.e to explain everything and answered all my questions.

I dread going to the phone store but this time was truly a dream. Was in and out with a new phone after loosing mine in ten minutes. It was towards the end of the day so nobody else was present in store. I will definitely without no doubt be back to the Att&t store if or when I have a phone issue

I had called about 20 minutes before coming to the store and the associate I spoke to was very polite, answered all of my questions, and helped me get the information I needed. When I got to the store, within 30 seconds an associate (my receipts say his name is Jerel.) had greeted me and we talked about what I was looking for, we found out that he was who I had spoken to on the phone. My only intentions were to upgrade my phone, however Jerel was able to convince me to buy both a new smart watch as well as get a new tablet. (The tablet was free though lol). Jerel and I couldn't find a case for my new phone on any of the walls, so he went digging through the drawers and found one for me, got my new phone set up, put my new case on, and answered any and all questions I had. I had a great experience today and i'm happy the first AT&T store I called before this store didn't have the phone I wanted haha. 10 out of 10 would totally reccommend Jerel and that store.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for this one. Sam was great. He solved many issues and answered all of my questions in a matter of a few minutes. No upselling, just honest information. Best customer service I’ve ever received for my phone. I highly recommend coming to this specific AT&T store in Morgantown.

I went to AT&T to get my eSIM and nobody but this one guy helped me to solve my problem his name is Joseph. They must learn from that guy who stayed with me until my issue was solved. One more time, thank you Joseph!!!

I was helped immediately. My issue was resolved, and I was walking out of the door with a new phone in 35 minutes. Very fast, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I lost my phone and had to make a quick trip in to the Morgantown at&t shop. Joseph helped out and made an unpleasant experience (the loss of the phone) into a pleasure. I found myself laughing in his company and left with everything I needed...plus. lol

Joseph was very personable and very professional. He explained my options, clearly explained the trade and set me up w/a new phone. Doug assisted in the phone setup and I had a great experience!

We came in to explore options on adding another line as well as upgrade 2 of our phones on the family plan. Sam greeted us and was extremely helpful and transparent in letting us know our options. He did all the setting up for us and it was hassle free, as a matter of fact the most friendly, helpful and well versed salesperson/customer representative I have encountered. Not a bad experience or an ok experience, but an excellent experience! 5+ stars for Sam!!

Hello, my brand new IPhone would not turn on and it is my livelihood so I can’t operate without it. I waited for the store to open at 9 and went in for the issue, stressing and freaking out. Danny, the guy that works there calmly said yea that’s a common occurrence if your iPhone gets bogged down it shuts itself off and he did his magic and boom came right back on!! What a relief that he was knowledgeable. Thank you so much for the AMAZING service!! He was absolutely wonderful and VERY HELPFUL!!! HIGHLY appreciated and recommended!! And he showed me how to do it for when it happened again! THANK YOU so much!!

I recently visited the Morgantown store and the associate Nathaniel Weikle was so helpful. I was upgrading my phone and merging my plans. He was very informative and made sure I was getting all of the information I needed to make a decision. He was patient and attentive. It was a great experience.
