Bryce and Joshua deserve a special thank you and praise. You aren’t always having the best day when you have to visit the phone store… I had been having issues with my cellular data and was feeling a little cranky that it had set off my daily plans. But as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile, hellos, and genuine conversation. They listened to my troubles and provided multiple solutions for my best plan of action. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell anything but rather offer options and help educate me. Both made my visit a very enjoyable experience. I’m choosing this Verizon location every time.

My wife and I was having problems with our phones Maston Casto was a life savor he was kind and courteous very polite and a true man of his word he took care of a bad situation corrected everything and got us out the door with our phones working I highly recommend him, he is very professional and a pleasure to deal with

This store helped me with getting my phone and even correcting a bill problem with customer support that took about 2 hours to handle. I cannot scream enough how good their customer service is. Shoutout to Caleb.

I don't do online reviews but I think its worth the time when someone like Veronica finally helps. I have had issues with understanding some charges on my bill and the phone customer support has been of no help. The store rep Veronica was the first person that was actually able to address the questions I had without trying to rush me into just buying something. I would highly suggest if you have problems or questions with Verizon, just go into the store. The phone support gives the run around over and over while the store reps actually want to fix things.

I went into Verizon with my mom to help get her prepaid service working again after a technical error with the payment process on the Verizon prepaid app. Veronica was so helpful with the entire experience and ended up convincing me and my family members to switch to a contract and got us a good deal on some new phones! Can't recommend enough she made us all feel at ease and I knew she was genuinely trying to help us find the best deal and service! Thanks again :)

I went in to this Verizon store after getting the run-around from Verizon customer service for weeks. I knew it wasn’t a corporate store, but I’d hoped they could help with a big billing problem regarding a returned phone. Brice and his teammates went out of their way to try and help sort out the problem. Brice was on the phone with Verizon customer service for over two HOURS (over lunch time, no less) trying to figure out where the issue was and how to sort it out. He even attempted to call the Uniontown, PA corporate store, where the billing issues stemmed from. He was unable to reach them because they have their phones routed directly to Verizon customer service. Brice eventually had to escalate the issue to a Tier 2 representative and was told that they would take care of the issue and credit my account, but they’d need an order number from the Uniontown store, which meant I had to drive there since you can’t just call. Even though the issue wasn’t able to be resolved that day, the customer service I received at this location was outstanding, and I at least left with some direction on how to proceed and resolve the issue. Can’t recommend them enough! Thanks, guys!!!

I stopped in tonight at 9:15p, and Veronica helped me out and was wonderful. She was happily helping me, when I looked at my watch and asked "when do you close?" She said "15 minutes ago, but don't worry, I can help you out." She solved a couple problems fairly quickly. Stellar service.

I'll be honest, I generally hate doing things like upgrading my phone. Maybe that's why it has been six years since my last upgrade? (Don't judge).

Veronica helped me out today with a phone upgrade and some revisions to my plan. Not only was it a totally painless experience (much to my surprise), it was actually enjoyable. She was super-friendly, answered all of my questions, and did a fantastic job presenting all of my options.

If I could add a bonus star in here for her showing me a couple adorable pictures of her pup while my phone data transferred, I would.

6/5 stars! It may be less than six years before my next upgrade.

I recently visited this Verizon with my partner and his family to get signed up and trade our phones in for a new family plan. Despite the arduous process, Veronica, the worker who we had scheduled an appointment for, made the transition exceptionally easy for all four of us. She made sure that all of our files and photos were transferred fully, and was also making sure that we were fully aware of the deals that Verizon was offering. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my new phone and the benefits that followed. Thank you so much for your work, Veronica!

I had been troubleshooting issues for a month at other stores with other team members without luck. Aaron and Megan had my phone fixed in 15 minutes and were an absolute pleasure to work with! I will definitely return to them for any future needs!

I cannot believe how amazing the service at this store was!! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and extremely informative when it comes to choosing a new phone. Unfortunately the server was down when trying to get a new phone (absolutely no fault of anyone there) and I spent a few hours in the store waiting for things to come back online. While I waited, the staff shared pictures of baby ducks, performed karaoke that would make Beyoncé jealous, ordered me delivery food (Oryza right down the road), and even ran outside to help an older lady cross the street safely!!!! I’m pretty sure they saved her life. I was utterly astonished at the care & compassion of this team. 10/10 would recommend to a friend, easily the best cell phone store I have ever had the pleasure of walking into.

This store has never disappointed when I needed to buy a new phone or to ask a question. Megan is the most knowledgeable and friendly sales associate that I have interacted with at any business here in Morgantown. The whole staff is knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. I will always continue to be loyal to Verizon, especially at the Van Voorhis Road location. Thank you!

Josh and Jacob are the absolute best! Easiest experience I've ever had at Verizon and any other phone place I've had in over 20 years! These guys are kind funny and knowledgeable! Thank you fellas for all the help and for going over everything and making sure I understood how to use my phone and watch before I left the store!!!

Matt was probably one of the most helpful people I have ever had help me at a Verizon store. He was kind, patient, and fielded every single question I had. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. He helped me figure out what the best plan for my new phone was, set it up, and made the whole process as easy as it could be. Great experience.

The other workers, Aaron and Quinn, were also very kind and helpful with other various questions/issues I had.

Jaxon is a super hero in my eyes! My husband got a new iPhone 14+ to replace his iPhone 8. His new phone wouldn’t activate. We spent over a month & countless hrs. trying to get the issues fixed through chat agents with no resolution. All of this was while my husband was in hospitals recovering from life-saving emergency surgery. We were at wits end and I was just about to see if AT&T would take me back. I decided to give a retail store a last ditch try. I walked in and Jaxon immediately approached me offering help. Long story short, in no time he identified the problem and was on the line with support. He got my husband’s phone working within 10 minutes!!! I’m so grateful for his knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism!!!! I will come only to the retail store from now on. Jaxon literally saved my business with Verizon. Thank you isn’t enough Jaxon!

I had recently purchased a new phone and couldn’t get everything to transfer over. I went in the store for help and Kaitlyn was absolutely wonderful. She figured out the issue and helped me log into everything. She was also willing to help show me how to wipe my old phone to send in for trade in. Highly recommend using this store. Fast, friendly service! I will be using this store from now on.
